Best beaches in the world! Absolutely love the fact we can have some of them all to ourselves as well! Great video guys! My top 3 along this coast are hellfire bay, little beach and castle rock
thank you, love your videos & you are both so inspiring, thank you for all the time you take to film & drone & photos, can't wait to explore these places
hello from Malaysia.. ive been to Little Beach once and it was during winter. so damn cold did not dare to swim. one of the most beautiful places in Australia..
I spy a Public Holiday mug! So jealous! I want one but shipping to the UK is 😅, also, I used to live in Albany, pay a visit to Denmark while you’re around there, it’s lush!
I came across you both while looking at conversion videos of my own van that I hope to buy this year (fingers crossed!) - just want to say you're both fab, love your spirit and definitely deserve more followers, looking forward to following your journey
I really do enjoy your videos. I am a Queenslander and yes, we have some great beaches, but I consider this part of Australia the most majestic and beautiful of all. The sand, the water. What else would you want?
You're cracking into some beautiful spots around there, great photography, . . . . . only surpassed by a chip 'n cheese roll for dessert !!!!! LOL. Take care in your travels and stay safe, Cheers.
Thanks Claire! Music is one of the hardest things to do for youtube! It's through a copyright free membership called "epidemic sounds" so isn't available for free listening sadly.
Like watching these two going on their adventures. We'll be out there too soon doing the big island. Some constructive criticism though, is the sound. I can hardly hear what they are saying, so I turn it up, then the music comes on, so I turn the volume down. Kendall & Glenn, you should check out your sound system or get some roving microphones. Greg in Tasmania.
Hey guys! Are you looking for free camps on CamperMate etc or just finding your own secluded spots and hoping you won’t get pulled up? Any tips would be great! Cheers :)
Hey Isabel! We find most free camps on Wikicamps or CamperMate. Often times that means we're staying at highway rest stops haha but we sometimes drive around and try to find secluded nooks to sleep at and just make sure we leave no trace and are out of there before sunrise. Just make sure there are no signs specifically saying 'no camping' as rangers can be really strict (especially in WA). Hope that helps :)
You talked about the amazing whether, I can see you uploaded in April, but what month were you here? Asking from Melbourne, as I've wanted to visit WA for ages, but trying to ascertain what the weather is like in March. Thanks in advanced :)
Hey guys! We’re still in the southwest now. We’ve been in this general area for about a month now. March is definitely a good time to come as it’s less windy than the summer months but still not too cold like it would be in winter. Any time in early autumn would be great! And then anywhere farther north you’d want to go to in winter time 🙂
Hey! No, unfortunately I (Kendall) haven’t yet learned how to drive manual and I don’t want to learn on a really old car like Vance. I also haven’t driven on the left side of the road much, so there’s a lot to learn! Such a pain but I’m hoping to learn on a newer car soon so I can finally get behind the wheel 😅👌🏼
@@KendallandGlenn Kendal you should drive Vance on the dirt roads going in and out to the main roads where the traffic is lower. Those Van clutches are pretty tough and can handle it. I taught my daughter to drive manual on my van. Key is finding 1st to start up and then just quick to 2nd then 3rd.
Hi guys, I am an Environmental Scientist... I have been following you guys on your adventures since you began together with my wife. We are 'casual vanlifers' yet I am starting to be concerned you are abusing the 'free' camping situation and natural environment we take for granted here in Aus. In several of your videos including North QLD along the Captain Cook Highway (which Glenn, there are several signs which state free camping is not allowed). Following on from your most recent video where you did not want to pay $22 to stay in a designated camp site clearly shows you have no interest nor respect for the local/micro environments of that area. I am sure you do not want me to explain the impacts humans have on the environment when visiting sensitive areas. I am curious as to why you think it is ok to camp where you aren't actually allowed and then advertise this to your followers which then... compounds the problem? I will followup on Instagram. Eric Hopwood
Hey Eric, thanks so much for the concern. We may not have been too clear about it in our videos but we never camp at places that have signs stating there can be no camping. Where we stayed on the Captain Cook Highway in QLD had no signs, and it was in a general car park...not a 'sensitive area'. When we say we're free camping, we mean we find little nooks and crannies with no signs that we literally pull up to at night and leave first thing in the morning (with no trace). We don't have 4WD capabilities so we are not camping in spots that could damage the environment - rather, we are staying at small car parks or even on the side of the road in industrial estates. Living on the road full-time means we can't exactly afford to pay for accommodation every single night, but that doesn't mean we disrespect the rules or environment so please do not come at us with those accusations.
@@KendallandGlenn Thanks guys really appreciate the prompt reply, Please just consider the influence you have on such a wide audience on your platform. You guys may have a limited impact on the environment in the short term...but please consider the long term influence in terms of advise towards free camping and your extended audience. Eric
Your dedication to your audience is commendable. Keep inspiring others!
