One of the reasons I like your reactions so much is that I'm the opposite to you - it takes a lot for me to cry, and so even when I watch a show like this that hits very close to home (in regards to the difficulty of self-compassion), I get maybe a little teary but nothing much at all. I mean they’ve gone on multiple dates by this point and both know they like each other. Their basically already dating at this point and it’s just a matter of the pace they want to take it at. Which is the thing the other guy (sorry forget his name right now) is missing with Hara. Like she said, her and Ichi are a lot a like. She has trouble loving herself right now and has things about herself she wants to change and he basically heaps on approval and tries to tell it doesn’t matter what she’s like he still loves her. Which is very sweet but also can be a bit much for some people. Meanwhile Yamada understands Ichi is shy, has self doubts and wants to take things slow. It’s pretty clear she would be willing to go to the next step but he isn’t ready yet and she understands.

今回はちょっとした箸休め（休憩）回ですね。唯一残念なのは原作に、送辞の件でちょっと調子にのってしまいそうになった市川に小林が『キモッ』って言って自分を取り戻した市川が後に『ありがとう』『いいってことよ（？）』ってのがあるんですが丸ごとカットされてしまいましたね。まあ今回のOPとEDをカットしてまで詰め込んだ内容では仕方なし。
アニメなので少し安定しませんが、ラストシーンなんかの市川と山田の身長差が徐々になくなってきてるのも年齢的に良いところですね。
