I miss anime like this. Of course there are still good anime shows around, but very few have that old anime tinge to it, the kind of feeling you get when you are watching something inventive and that clearly took risks. So many anime these days are too formulaic.
exactly what I was thinking, I feel like the new anime shy away from presenting complex and more mature subject matters and when they do it it's not like this or Death note or darker than black...man I miss 2000s anime.
@@imnotgonnamakeanyvid Give Psycho-pass a chance, season 1 is amazing. (season 2 can be skipped tbh) or Zankyou no Terror. Made in Abyss scratches the itch too especially in the later episodes (don't let the happiness fool you).
For an amv maker, I respect how you made these warnings for viewers because a lot of amvs just start with loud music that would make your ears bleed without any warning.

Having watched the anime, I can see that Ergo Proxy and Human Revolution shared the same DNA aesthetic-wise at the very least. The talking Greek sculptures, the Romdeau citizens and their Neo-Renaissance style, Daedelus and scene in finale. Hell, even Romdeau's tower kinda looked like Tai Yong Medical's skyscraper.
This is a really good amv. I mean it. From now on it shall be one of my favourites. I really appreciate the fact that you placed instructions in the video. This is a very rare thing to find. Thank you for thinking about your vievers. Once more, this amv is of really high quality, a hidden gem. 🙂
i don't know if you've got skills with the editing or if you just got lucky when picking the anime and this song because they go hand in hand. it looks cool and it has an intense feel to it which i really like. it could've been much better i think, but you know, there is always room for better, though i think you got what you wanted from it. i haven't seen many amv's with Ergo Proxy, i could count them with one hand, but yours is probably among the best. gj.

I just finished uploading my Ergo Proxy AMV, searched for it and found yours with the same music I used, Even the same opening scene with the eye :( Damn, had I known an Ergo Proxy AMV was already made to this music I would have used Enduser - End of a Beginning instead, I was considering that one at first. Oh well, great AMV you made :) Hopefully no hard feelings for my lack of research before deciding on the track to use...
