I love Thor: Vikings, and I'd love to see it done on Back Issues. Doctor Strange plays a major part too, so Tiffany can enjoy that.
Yeah, there's one line he has that comes of not so hot...but overall his role is pretty cool!

I'd love to see Marvel Max come back it'll be interesting to see R rated takes on Hulk Iron Man Spider-Man and the X-men in my opinion just like a what if take on those characters
It's come back periodically. We've had at least 2 returns to Garth Ennis' Punisher run.
Which is honestly, the only really big thing mainstream wise that Max did.
The rest were very niche. And cool.
@@mqdze9160 hey you can do a lot of cool gory scenes with that porpotionant body of a spider gimmick. Have Spiderman use his strength too rip out criminals limbs and tongues and have him "web them up" crippled and deformed.
Hecks yes! Hulk, Wolverine and x-men, Bucky, Black Widow, Thanos, etc

OMG, I hope so! I'd like to see the look on the team's faces after reading the first issue of _Up is Down, Black is White_ and at least one of the issues involving _Barracuda_
...maybe the third one they read would be from the Jason Aaron run, like the first issue of _Kingpin_ (that one's pretty screwed-up too)
a little Marvel MAX to warm us up this winter, i like it.

they didn't do it because it would have to be 3 Punisher Max titles, otherwise it would be like racing a Lamborghini against a Corvair and a Pinto
I'm definitely with Tiffany, that Wolverine book seems the most interesting to me, then Thor- because ancient cursed "Distilled Vikings" is a fun and also terrible idea. And that Luke Cage book was definitely the ugly

Could you guys do a Good, Bad, Ugly with some Star Wars books? I think that would be really funny and cool since Ethan has a lot of background knowledge of Legends.

I love Corben's art, I'll read pretty much anything he draws, and I didn't know he'd done this, so I tracked Cage Max down and got time to read it yesterday. I enjoyed it well enough, so cheers for the intro!
That line about the female cop shows that Ennis in his usual fashion doesn't know much about things like Vikings

Marvel’s MAX imprint is like the Marvel version of Vertigo, a DC imprint. Garth Ennis wrote Preacher for Vertigo, and he also wrote Punisher MAX.

5 minutes in, and I'm jsut picturing a bunch of vikings all striking the ground, "is this hjow you farm? are we farming? why isn't anything growing!?"

Why is it Marvel hardly does anything under the Max imprint anymore? We all know _Punisher_ and _Alias_ were great but there were a lot of under-appreciated titles as well. I strongly recommend _Terror Inc_ to anyone who hasn't read it before. They even did some interesting call-backs to golden-age superheros like _Destroyer._ Of course, there was some garbage in there too (I really wanted the Max version of _Man-Thing_ to be good).
Disney. I was told from an artist at a con (and others have spoke on this too) that Disney stays out of the smaller day-to-day stuff, but the larger stuff they're more likely to weigh in on. I'd imagine launching a new book, especially an R-rated one, would garner that interference

I love the work and dedication you guys put into everything. I'd just rather listen to Back Issues and learn some new things - laugh a lot and more.
I come to comic book channels for the biggest stories broken down. It's why I listen to you, and comicsexplained, comicstorian, and others.
I love the idea of you guys branching out. But all i need is an hour long video on why The Tick matters. You guys fill that hole completely way better than any channel.
But when I see something that catches my eye that is something I genuinely enjoy. I'll watch any video type you guys put out.
There are times when Elseworlds Exchange and even now this catch my eye.
It just depends on my mood, and what the topic is. I love Marvel MAX so naturally I'm going to dive head first into anything you guys do on it.
Thor MAX is crazy, stupid, borderline offensive at times and I absolutely love it!

not liking Corben art? The guy is a legend! Though, he is much better when he does his own colouring, Luke Cage doesn't look like his best stuff. But so many years of Heavy Metal have made me fall in love with his art.
Y'all's next theme should be Wolverine sidekicks. Kitty, Jubilee, and Cannonball.
The only Max stuff i likes was Alias, Punisher and Howard the Duck. I don’t care much for the MAX imprint. That being said, Thor is the good for me because I’ve literally been writing a story that has elements from that book that I had no idea were there.
Check-out _Terror Inc_ its the 3rd best thing to come out of the Max imprint and based on a character from the old Epic imprint
Garth Ennis is kind of sick. I like Punisher Max but I don't like how he makes Frank out to be some bloodthirsty maniac.
Frank is a hero. Not a madman. Now, he shouldn't be a goodie two shoes, but he is a good man and a hero. Not a sadist.
I like the portayal of Frank as a Geralt of Riva style antihero, who always does the right thing and always protects the weak.
Like a Knight.

Okay this is obviously me putting way too much thought into this and I'm sure this is something that's caused a lot of head scratching before but, I know Wolverine regenerates, I've seen him regenerate from nothing but an adamantium skeleton, but in a case like this where his legs are gone, I guess not only do his bones regenerate, but apparently so does the adamantium which I guess I'm to assume is now apart of his genetic makeup since it regenerates as well, even though it was a material that was fused to his skeleton.
I'm really hoping you bring up that Tombstone looks like meth personified. Fingers crossed
The old Hero For Hire comics are funny because every comic would end with Luke being like "keep the money," and then he complains that he's broke later on

I tried to read that Thor book last year after watching this episode again and just came away with the conclusion that Garth Ennis must be the most miserable, cynical person that just despises everything and everyone because its all stupid. Plus you really want to tell me Thor, nor any other of the must be 100 super heroes that reside in New York can't take down some dumb zombies come on.
