    If anyone was as curious as I was, I have 81 twists. I have 7 rows in the back and starting from the nape, here are the number of twists in each row: 5, 7, 9, 7, 7, 4, 2. The right and left side of my head in the front mirror each other. I have 5 rows on each side and starting near the ear, here are the number of twists in each row: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Let me know if this helped anyone! 💕

      Yes thsi helped me a lot, most of the women that do these type of tutoriels don't tell us how many twists they have and I was looooking around for houuuurs to see if anyone would precise this and I have to tell you thank you so much.

      I'm starting to do these as a second stream of income and parting is the bane of my existence. But math works well for me lol thank you 🎉

    Watching this again because I just came out of 5 months straight in mini braids and am doing mini twists for the next 3 months. Protective styling has been helping me so much with length retention!

      You had these in for 5 months? Wow! 🤯 did your hair loc up? How did you wear it ? That’s impressive I think I’m going to try this 😅

      @@blackwell6064 hey! No my hair didn’t loc, I had it in mini braids instead of mini twists, during the 5 months, I washed my hair and deep conditioned and everything I’d do if it weren’t in a protective style! lol this reply was definitely the answer to my internal struggle of what to do with my hair now that I’ve take down my mini twists lol. Mini braids for the next 5 months it is!

    • @StarringLia

      I use a lot of mirrors and sometimes I have to get up and go in the bathroom to use the mirror in there! Jam also helps me part my hair too! 💕

    This loooks so neat and full! I’m about to wash my hair and then blow it out to prepare to put some twists in tomorrow. When I did this style last year, it didn’t look as full as I wanted it to. So I’m definitely gonna keep them small and keep them in for a month-6 weeks if they can stay neat enough. How long did you keep these in for?

    • @StarringLia
      @StarringLia  Місяць тому

      Thank you so much! 💕 I kept these for about 2-3 weeks! I have a hard time going without washing my hair and most people that I see that have washed their mini twists experienced more tangles. It is still one of my favorite hairstyles!

    Thanks for the video ! I am lazy to look in the comments so I apologize if someone already asked but do you tie the end of the twist? Also where did you get the colorful clips you use to clip on your hair while you do the twists?

    • @StarringLia
      @StarringLia  3 місяці тому

      No, I don’t tie the ends. I just coil the hair around my fingers! I got the colorful clips from a local beauty supply store! 💕

    Hi, I loved this video but quick question do I really have to use moose???

    • @StarringLia
      @StarringLia  8 місяців тому

      Hello! Thank you! I think the mousse helps lay down fly aways and moisturize and curl the ends! You could probably use a very small amount of water for this if you are okay with shrinkage! 💕

    Hi So my hair is 1yr transitioning. The top wavy but ends kinda straight. Would this style work. With some rods mousse at the ends?

    • @StarringLia
      @StarringLia  Рік тому +2

      Yes, you will need to add rods to the ends. I recommend very small rods (yellow, grey, or red perm rods) to make it look intentional. 💕

    • @StarringLia
      @StarringLia  8 місяців тому

      I add mousse at the end, which causes the hair to revert a tiny bit due to water being in the mousse! Over time, they will become more full! 💕
