  • Ade Adepitan is a Paralympic wheelchair basketball medallist and British TV presenter who is passionate about ensuring that those with mobility impairments and disabilities can still stay fit.

    Finally workouts that i don't have to think of the adaptions myself. I have arthritis in my spine and struggle with feeling in my feet. I used to workout everyday for my mental health but had to stop doing as much. Now I can do the 3 you and Ade have made.

    Thank you so much for these workouts I've just broken my ankle and in a cast and crutches for 6 weeks, these videos are amazing that I can train still. ❤🎉😊
