The Internet Overdose ending is symbolic of what Ame has become by the end. It's a hallucination brought on by her overdose, but it's essentially saying that it's too late for Ame to go back to any semblance of a peaceful private life (that woman is "dead", after all) now that her KAngel persona has become her entire life and "killed" her former self. KAngel is "immortalized" on the internet as Ame always wanted-but as a cruel joke where she's either the tweeter villain of the week or the puke fetish girl to the wider internet. It's what happens when you neglect your personal life and mental health for clicks and subscribers, and what happens when you take your internet persona far too seriously. Hopefully this helps some.
