    Not a cottage a second address I have a cottage on LOB and it's a basic living arrangement with similar features but I don't lock the doors until I leave back to oakville and mine is only accessible by boat 😅 it's on land but no road was able to be built at the time of 1960

    There’s also a tennis court, not sure why it’s not shown.
    It’s stunning, no question. But COVID is over! Owners need to adjust pricing appropriately.

      Thank you for your comment although the tennis court is not part of this property and belongs to the neighbour. This property with 10.6 (rare) acres and 860’ of shoreline plus 4 different /buildings/living spaces is very well priced for todays post covid market.
