      I don't think this video is reliable. It looks more like an advertizement to attract tourists. Dragons are rarely this uniform as they claim in the video.

      @@inotaishu1 This video is about Vietnamese cultural history, only for broadcasting in Vietnam, not for tourism promotion.
      Before you said, you should go to the feudal temples of Vietnam, as well as read many books about Vietnamese history.

    My English friend tells me that the dragon king of the west is a green dragon. He went off to Vietnam because their Queen is pretty. He appeared to her as a green dragon and she was shocked. It was funny looking. Dragons in Vietnam are red. Well, he made off with the Vietnamese Queen. She's Catholic so she was called Our Lady of Lavang. They married and the green dragon king went back to Vietnam and became a simple fisherman. He goes to the Bay of Ha Long because dragons rise from the water there. He's water, so sometimes he just turns into water in the bay and rises from the ocean. He spouts water and fire.
