Love your reviews, thank you. I ordered an open-box Poly, I agree the price is ridiculous, but the Mojo 2 is arguably the best DAC/AMP under $1000, just for its versatility mixed with great sound and EQ DSP alone. If Chord ever comes out with a Mojo 3 with wireless built in, USB C proper for all ports, and proper Bluetooth 5.0+ with APTX (all the codecs), (and maybe a 4.4 port for convenience, even if it's not really balanced) I'd pay $1500 for that. It would be a killer product. 🤞
for the mojo(2)/poly combination. you do have audio output for configuration. You need headphones plugged in and use the provided SD card eject tool. It has to be inserted it into the small hole below the SDcard slot labeled Config. Not super user friendly but it is there. A button would have been great like the 2GO.
The Hugo2+ 2Go has been my endgame portable system for over a year now. And, I expect it will remain that way for the foreseeable future. Expensive, yes. Tho used, not to bad. But in the end it'll save me money on upgrading to the DAP du Jour.
I love the Mojo 2. Sounds great in my main setup and it is very nice to drive my Edition XS plugged on my IPhone. I don’t really see the value in the poly since it sound so good already.
It provides a bit perfect asynchronous transfer interface (which you can do with a wired connection), but it also provides electrical noise isolation and therefore legitimately sounds better than a wired connection.
Absolutely horrific decision, mate. That’s not a good set up at all. The amplifier is fine, but you need something with a better DAC, that’s not going to cut it. It’s going to sound appalling.

Great interaction. So, just sub... keep up the great work. To me, 2go has a horrible softwares. I have it, but cannot recommend it. Its simple horribly buggy softwares.
I still love my mojo2, Great stuff as always. Enjoy.

Thanks for the kind words deeply appreciated 🐅
Definitely a missed opportunity, not integrating Poly into the Mojo two
I'm using the Hugo 2 & 2Go combo on a daily basis at home and on the go with a pair of DCA Stealth headphones. Awsome combination.

I use my Poly with the iPhone, set up hotspot on iPhone, connect Poly and stream via AirPlay.
I did that first but upnp via mconnect sounds way better than airplay.
@@18yearsoldnot Hi, thanks, will try that!
have you tried the shanling h7? it appears to have the same functionality as chord poly and mojo combined but i think it's cheaper and has more power.
I was always enthusiastic about the M8, but unfortunately beyond a light look I’ve not reviewed any of their products. I hope it comes in soon.
I may consider investing in Chord mobile products if and when they begin using USB-C jacks.
Mojo does
Treat yourself 👻
Mojo 2 has USB C for data, not for charging tho.
I didn't catch the name of the app on the app store. Did he say : Glider ?
Glider
