- DCAS: The Backbone of City Government is a profile series that highlights the work DCAS employees do to keep city government running. DCAS employees represent a variety of functions, trades, and skills, but share a commitment to making government work for all New Yorkers.
This episode highlights DCAS Special Officer Paul Cadet. The role of the DCAS Police is to keep tenants, visitors, and staff in DCAS buildings safe. As a special officer, Paul’s work supports that mission, and as a member of the training division, he helps with conducting and hosting trainings for newer special officers.
