Hi Zac, new to bodybuilding and try to learn. Two questions please, when it comes to protein selection, do you always eat super lean sources like chicken breast or thighs too, I can’t see it in the video!? What cuts of beef or ground beef fat percentage? Thank you very much
Hey legend! Nope my protein sources have nutrient dense fats too. Salmon and chicken thighs. Usually I eat steak daily. 👌
