Cody understood the true meaning of the high ground. Therefore Kenobi's last orders to him were to move his troops to the high ground, because he trusted Cody with the high ground.
not sure if you guys gives a damn but if you are bored like me during the covid times you can watch all of the new series on Instaflixxer. Been watching with my brother for the last few months xD
It's bonds like this between Clone and Jedi that make the idea of the inhibitor chip make a lot more sense. While yes there were Clones that didn't like their Jedi too much so they wouldn't hesitate to kill them, there were just as many like Cody, Rex, Wolffe and so on that did like there Jedi and would never betray them, thus why the inhibitor chips are ingenious on Palpatine's part, knowing full well the war would be long and give time for Jedi and Clones to bond, thus preventing them from killing them when Order 66 came around thus he added the chips to make sure everything went according to plan, nothing less from the mastful puppet master.
You gotta give it to Cody he had probably the healthiest relationship with a Jedi outside of Rex of course. Granted it didn't stop him from executing Order 66 but what can you do. Btw SWRC did you hear about the SW Legends billboard thing being unveiled?
I always loved commander Cody as a kid, both because he seemed to be Obi-Wan’s friend (and Obi-Wan was my favorite Jedi, close second to Anakin) and because he had my name. Every time they said his name I was like “hey that’s me!” I even had his action figure
Cody was a fantastic clone commander; one of the absolute greatest. He still was not happy with receiving Order 66 after he had given Obi-Wan his lightsaber back
@@neilmurphy966 - maybe. I figured there was a difference between Commander and Marshall Commander. In that video it never said they were Marshall Commanders, but then again idk.
Commander Voca I think yr right..marshal was something different..sorry I was trying find other 39.. maybe they just didn't specify who they were..not yet anyway!?
“Labyrinth of Evil” was the 2nd novel in what regard as the Palpatine trilogy: “Darth Plagueis” “Labyrinth of Evil” “Revenge of the Sith” The novel “Dark Lord of the Sith” is supposed to be trilogy with the 2nd and 3rd novels. It just does not fit as well with them as “”Darth Plagueis” does in forming a Palpatine trilogy. What do you think?
None of this stopped Obi Wan from being totally ok with using slaves to fight a war. It's odd how none of the Jedi raised any objections to breeding mentally handicapped living beings just to force them into horrific battles. The clones were bred to be easily manipulated and controlled, it seems Obi Wan's "respect" was not sufficient to do anything about that
The Clone Wars is not very realistic when it comes to war. Planet wide wars, galaxy wide conflict , three years. Real world? 20 year war in Afghanistan alone.

Woah that's crazy
And Cody realized that obi wan couldn’t have the high ground so he blasted him to the low ground.

@Abdiel Stephen Definitely, I've been using Instaflixxer for years myself =)
Which made it even more sad when order 66 was executed😔
Sadly yes. Damn that inhibitor chip.
Cody:I have never seen this man in my life
Let’s get a move on, we got a battle to win here!
Commander Cody... The time has come. Execute orda 66.
By the way sir, you might be needing this. *Commands AT-TE to fire at Kenobi*
Ahhh, that business on Cato Neimooidia...that er...that doesn't count, lol. - Obi Wan to Anakin, ROTS
Obi-wan trusted him so much, that he was sure enough that Cody wouldn't stab him in the back.
"Commander Cody, the time has come. Execute Order 66."
"no u"

@AssassinAcademy Bacara didn't need the inhibitor chip he was ruthless lol
If not for meee....
For returning Obi-Wan's lightsaber before opening fire on him.
Obi wan actually cared about the clones it seems he didn't see them as clones at all
He saw the difference but thought that clones and jedi had a strong ressemblance from certains of point of view.
Another note I love how even the clones have their own identity like Cody and rex they weren't just clones of jango
It's like Yoda said in the first episode of the 2008 CGI Clone Wars TV Show; all the Clone Troopers are different in the force.
I think he took a personal interest in then since he showed up on Kamino and had no clue they were even being made.
its because cody understood the power of the high ground aswell
You gotta give it to Cody he had probably the healthiest relationship with a Jedi outside of Rex of course. Granted it didn't stop him from executing Order 66 but what can you do. Btw SWRC did you hear about the SW Legends billboard thing being unveiled?
"Star Wars Legends billboard thing"?

Bc he also had the high ground.
Rex and Cody were the two "most human" clones. They would've been the two who would've been permanently scarred and feel guilty in executing order 66
As always, wonderful video!
*cries when Star Wars Reading Club brings up the betrayal*
Cody was a fantastic clone commander; one of the absolute greatest. He still was not happy with receiving Order 66 after he had given Obi-Wan his lightsaber back
Not exact quote but close. "Wish he would've contacted me sooner before I gave him back the bloody lightsaber." - Cody
Cody was the most loyal Clone a Jedi ever had... up until Order 66 came down.
Actually Rex and Fives are the most loyal
Cody damn sure didn't hesitate when given Order 66.
Loyalty means everything to the Clones as a sign of respect.
Oh my go nes the droids have the HIGH GROUND
I am so sry I haven't tuned in in a while but great vid cant wait to watch more
I loved you Cody! High ground!
Good man, that Cody.
We've captured a command post.
This is the best duo
"The Commander Under the Mountain"
Methinks you're mixing fandoms lmao.
great video and you should make a discord
Blast him!
Missing my brothers rn
Looks like the respect only went one way
"Cody was 1 of 40 Marshall Commanders..."
Me - So who were the other 39?
Commander Voca if look at Commander Faie channel has main clone commanders in one video.
Cud be 39..worth a try!!
@@neilmurphy966 - maybe. I figured there was a difference between Commander and Marshall Commander. In that video it never said they were Marshall Commanders, but then again idk.

More of Cody’s jet pack.
Legends cody was a bad ass
cody is my favorite clone
Kind of wish Obi-Wan cut Cody down in him escaping. It would have been tragic.
BLAST HIM
Probably because was the first clone prior to Boba
each clone has their own personality.. isn't that interesting?
It's true canon for me don't care what Disney says
All goof till order 66.
hey man, so semi serious question, who was the shortest force user outside of yoda? compared to everyone else everyone is a skyscraper
Even Piell
