As a person that doesn't play Speed Duels or Duel Links the meta talk is just wholly surreal. I haven't heard someone that excited to pull a Mask of Darkness or Vampire Lord.....ever. Also Metalmorph is an actual money pull wtf?!

Played duel links. The axe is actually a cool equip to tec in. If you equip it to a monster, your opponent won't be able to change battle positions. That's extremely useful if your running traps such as security orb, and a 500 atk boost is nice too
I get a kick out of thinking how that completely useless fortress whale was stupid expemsove cause it only had that one specific print. Very glad speed duels made it as cheap as it should be cause my infatuation with older blue cards is second only to my infatuation with purple cards.
How on earth do they have cards like Fire Reaper and Blue-eyed Silver Zombie in the same game as Kabazauls? Why would you want to play normal monsters with half the attack? Is there some massively broken skill that makes them worth it or something?
Thought I’d try asking a yugituber in a comment if you had enough thoughts about what the next ygo anime could look like, whether you have any preferences for what the series looks like, or even whether you think there’ll be a new type of monster to follow links or whether you’d rather the game stayed in master rule 4
