I just ordered the royal blue edge black 860 trim that has the ultimate features on the inside. Im excited about purchasing my first semi truck for my company.
European trucks have been running disk brakes for 25+ years. How junky are American trucks compared to Euro trucks… Euro trucks have a single stalk to set the parking brakes but American trucks use still have pull buttons. This one is trying something in between. 9:29 Volvo finally went to a hard top bunk instead of the soft one they had before. Now you can actually store hard items and coolers up there. Still lacking the top bunk only curtain to give privacy.
The seat is garbage, after 2 hours of driving you will get very tired in such a seat. Windshield no sun protection 😮 open shelves on top garbage, no big cabinets like in the previous model, heard new 860 has big problems with Software and parts. Price 120K is the maximum you can pay for
They have 4 trims. The basic one is 1. CORE 2. EDGE 3. EDGE BLACK 4. ULTIMATE Ultimate being the top trim. But you could still add options to any of those trims.
This is a pig of trucks with lipstick on it, not even close to the original vnl 780 or vnl860. You get half the truck you used to. freightliner is the way to go 190k is way too much

The quality seems a lot higher than any other truck in the US.
The bottom on the keyfob with lights on it is to test all the lights automatically while you are outside doing a pre or post trip inspection
I like the new mirrors on the A pillars,but not the hood mirrors, ild rather have hood mirrors mounted like the previous models

No storage is not the same !!!
