- This is an introduction for the Chevrolet My Link Infotainment stereo, currently available on the 2013/14 Camaro. Also Available on Chevrolet Traverse and Equinox.
Available as GMC Itelli-link on GMC Terraine, and Acadia
Buick Itelli-link on Buick Encore and Enclave.
Overall, pretty easy to use compared to other systems I've seen. This is 16 min. and there's still lots more features to show! thanks for watching.

Is there any way to make the start up page go straight to bluetooth instead of FM?
I will be purchasing this for my Camero 2010. (My fathers). The only thing I want to know is how do I get the unlock and lock button for the doors?
I own a 2015 camaro LT with mylink but no back up camera, does anybody know if the backup camera is been prewired on this Camaros?

Thank you. One question do you have to have xm to see the weather and use the navigation. Or is navigation only if you have on Star subscription.
Weather, movie times, fuel prices, etc. does require a subscription, sometimes called "Sirius Travel Link". For the vast majority of Chevrolet or GM vehicles, they include 3-months of this service as a trial when the vehicle is purchased new. The on-board navigation system, when equipped, does NOT require a subscription. Simply make sure the vehicle is equipped with navigation. Just because the stereo has a screen, does not mean it has the navigation feature. On-Star navigation is a whole other feature.

I see the Pause/Play button is replaced by the NAV button. How do you pause music that is playing from a USB thumb drive?
+Jim Pavona When a USB device with music is connected the pause/play symbols are displayed on the screen which you can press.

My camaro 2014 doesn’t have that screen

True, should not have stated they ALL have rear camera, it was optional on 2013/14 models LT1 and up of course the my link is required.
I have heated seats on my seats but the faceplate I got was off of a 1SS and doesn't have the heated seat option. Is there any way to add heated seats to a faceplate? My old one has it but I don't know if they are removable
From what I recall, the heated seat buttons on this generation camaro were located in the middle of the HVAC control knobs, It sounds like your heated seats were aftermarket installs? so your buttons are not located in the factory locations. You have them maybe on the side of your seats? If you want to have your heated seat buttons on the factory faceplate, I imagine anything is possible with some experts in wiring and car electronics and if you dont mind spending money.
+GWoodCars they are stock seats but I got a new my link to replace my standard stereo and it does not have the heated seat button

How do you update firmware? or is it even an option?
Hmm good question. That type of work is usually done by an authorized dealer if you want to get it done properly, they will plug it in and update it. Usually, Unless there is an issue that affects the performance of the system you probably wont get any notice from Chevrolet that a firmware update is available, you would have to go to a chevy store and ask.
what is the pictures icon for? I can't do anything from my phone
If you connect a compatible device to the USB port like a usb thumb drive and you have pictures stored in it, the system can read those files and display your photos on the screen.
How do you activate Spotify
How would you reset it?
I would try going into the system settings. There, you might find a "reset to factory settings" options or something similar. This will simply erase and reset any personalized setting that might have been saved.
Where's the aux cord?
Jhonea Davidson The Aux input on these is located inside the center armrest/storage console, you can have your device hooked up and out of sight, and keep your cable out of the way as well and remember if your device is bluetooth capable, e.g. a smarthphone, you dont need an aux cable, just connect wirelessly up to 5 devices.
I've been meaning to find this out but what is the movies feature for? Can you play movies on it or what
+MarshMallowBag The Movies Icon is an information feature. It gives you local movie times and whats playing in theaters in your area when you have an active subscription to Sirius Travel Link from Sirius Satellite radio.
Can you put Mylink on LS?
Currently, There is not a factory options for this, however, there are tutorials out there that show you how to modify the factory stereo and dash and install the MyLink. Install at your own Risk!
