    Salamat prof now I know the reason why 29 and 30 degrees should be set in the compound rest so that we can able to make smooth cut.

    Hi good eve prof johnny pwede po ba paturo nang fabricate bushing ang material bronse,,yo g sakto pag press ng bushing may tamang clearance ang pin,baka po may edea kayo sa measurement ,,,,ibig ko po sabihin ilan b dapat ibigay kong tight sa outside ,at clearance sa inside ,

    • @profjohnny8624
      @profjohnny8624  2 роки тому +1

      Hi Glenn! tanungin muna kita, para saan ang bushing at pin? para alam natin gaano dapat ang tight at clearance. magkakaiba kc ang higpit at luwag, depende sa paggagamitang parte ng makina at anong klaseng makina.

      Sa machinist sir experience lang mga 15 years na ako ng machine pero diko maiwasan sir na sa ruwing mag press inn ako ng bushing nakulangan ako sa clearance minsan naman umaalog ang pin sumubra sa clearance ..

    • @profjohnny8624
      @profjohnny8624  2 роки тому

      @@glennator3923 Hi Glenn! Sorry at nakaligtaan na kitang balikan sa tanong mo. Maraming factors kasi ang dapat iconsider kagaya ng type of material ng workpiece, gaano ang kapal ng gagawing bushing at gaano ang higpit o tightness ng bushing sa paglalagyan na hole, kapag makapal ang workpiece, let's say 10mm pataas ay hindi na dapat dagdagan ang clearance so loob dahil hindi na iikom ang loob ng bushing kapag napress in sa paglalagyan. kapag naman medyo manipis ang bushing at mahigpit ang tightness ay tyak na iikom sa loob ng busing kaya kung ang tightness sa outside ng bushing ay .005" ay nasa .003" naman ang oversize mo sa loob para hindi alog at hindi rin masikip sa ipapasok na pin. Thank you for continuously watching my tutorial videos. God bless!
