Sa machinist sir experience lang mga 15 years na ako ng machine pero diko maiwasan sir na sa ruwing mag press inn ako ng bushing nakulangan ako sa clearance minsan naman umaalog ang pin sumubra sa clearance ..

Maraming factors kasi ang dapat iconsider kagaya ng type of material ng workpiece, gaano ang kapal ng gagawing bushing at gaano ang higpit o tightness ng bushing sa paglalagyan na hole, kapag makapal ang workpiece, let's say 10mm pataas ay hindi na dapat dagdagan ang clearance so loob dahil hindi na iikom ang loob ng bushing kapag napress in sa paglalagyan. kapag naman medyo manipis ang bushing at mahigpit ang tightness ay tyak na iikom sa loob ng busing kaya kung ang tightness sa outside ng bushing ay .005" ay nasa .003" naman ang oversize mo sa loob para hindi alog at hindi rin masikip sa ipapasok na pin. Need to adjust the locking nut on the bottom of the tailstock so the lever isn't pointing towards the chuck!!!
