I am having an issue with the KP0800 which is brand new. The front plate is not flat with the back plate on 0. The front plate is sticking out with 1 or 2 mm. How to go about fixing that? The blades are flat with the front plate. Thank you
Great video, amazing hacks, but potentially dangerous drilling through the machine, not knowing if there are any electric wires in the way. He was obviously lucky, you might not be!

Thank you, this was a fun build... I completed this project with a SkilSaw (no table saw) and used some jigs based on your other videos to achieve SQUARE cuts. This build challenged my woodworking skillset and in the end, the entire project turned out perfectly... now I have a set of useful tools for making guitars.. Appreciated!
I don't know if I will ever need to make one of these jigs; however, I watch these videos to see a true craftsman create these jigs. Wonderful to watch!
