- My 2023 bag collection is here! There have been a ton of changes to my collection in the last year. I've bought a few new pieces, and some pieces have left the past year.
BTW 11 out of the 17 bags from this video are from 'MY ERA' (2013-16) This is something super specific for me and I'm curious if anyone else has a similar type of Golden Age.

I absolutely love that your collection has the variety that it does. I have been on the hunt for the marble Le dix every since I first started following your channel. I’m convinced you have the only one they ever made. The others linked are okay, but nothing will top that marble.
ugh! I love mine so much. There is one other UA-camr that has one, but I bet I've only ever seen 5 or so on the sites over the years. They are SUPER rare

The *esluxy* would be super cute during the fall with a nude or tan or even tonal outfit! i’m thinking a tan wool coat with that bag!!
The straight hair vs curly hair is REAL. I have super curly hair that I straighten when I am going through a phase and it totally predicts both my outfits and my handbags! I carry my vintage Lady Dior when my hair is straight and my vintage Mulberry saddlebag when my hair is curly, LOL.

Hi ! Was there a time when LV Mono Vernis Perle Read PM Monogram.does not have a date code? My aunt and I were trying to authenticate an old Vernis white bag. The bag size, the monogram design is on point. even the stitches ,the color of the thread, the color of the inner lining. the lock,the hardware,the stamp,the zipper even the LV near the handle does not overlap.The only thing we noticed is that there was no date code. Accdg to my aunt that bag was given t her by her aunt in 2009 .But that *esluxs* was gifted to her aunt in 1998. There is only a slight discoloration but it looks fantastic.
Such an interesting concept of what year you're into! inspired me to google my bags and clearly I am stuck in early 2000's :D

I just got me a Chloe Marcie large for my birthday tell me why this bag said fair condition it showed up new . I paid a whooping 350.00 bag was literally in Woodbury Commons still at $1900 during easter weekend I'm glad I waited. To me fashionphiles are getting too greedy I'm a Rebag fan going forward.
Chloe is a great brand if. you like deals preloved. And I routinely see good ones posted over on FP. Chloe is great quality and they have beautiful understated designs.
...not that they aren't greedy, but I think they're more than fair with brands like Chloe

It's such a great era! I get that we literally just left it, but the styles are so much more classic and not as wild.

I am the exact same way! You are not alone! More than half of my bags are from 2015, I think. And the majority are definitely from 2013-2017. Top handle long strap for life :)

I was going to buy a balenciaga right before that whole thing hit. Thankfully I didn’t! Now I won’t be buying anything from them. What really sucks is all the innocent skilled workers who were likely affected by the hit the brand took. I love that LV Belmont tote, I first saw it on your channel and I’ve loved it since. I mostly like 2012-2015 bags as well (plus things that have been around forever like the speedy). It must be some kind of deeply rooted thing about the era we grew up in. The only “new” design bags I own are from coach (cassie and dinky) and these are classic styles. The fendi was such a good find. That box bag is gorgeous. The Loewe tote is amazing. You have such a fun and versatile “collection” ❤

I finally have a fashion era that I miss! Back then LV made most bags in the 3 canvases, you could find something great for under $2k, and the styles from back then just resonate with me more!

I’ve been watching from the start and yes it’s so great to see how your collection has changed yet remains the same! Lol it’s classic. Like you said- real Person.
I went through a weird obsession buying bags phase mainly from 2019-2021. I’ve sold quite a bit or given a way since then.
This year so far I’ve added two- the Gucci Diana mini for my 40th birthday and now there is a Brandon blackwood I’m waiting for to go back in stock.
But generally speaking I’ve slowed down because not only inflation but being realistic to my life (work from home, 3 kids etc)
I plan to go back to how I use to be. Adding one around my birthday or Mother’s Day. That seems to keep it special and me grounded 😅

What happened to Balenciaga could NOT just happen to any company. They brought that on themselves.
The *esluxs* looks still good and 1/10 the price of real one. So many people will choose fake. Since during u walk in mall or on the street no1 will stop u and check ur bag from 5cm distance to see these differences. These differences are mostly impossible to see from more than 1-2m away. And be honest. 95% of these people buy these stuffs only to pretend fancy,rich during a walk
I would prefer a *esluxy* - a copy of a design I like but without the branding which would make it a replica. When you look at the jaw-dropping greed of these luxury brands coupled with a growing contempt for their customers, their appalling behaviour is a a terrible role model for society. They could clean up their act by making bags with realistic price tags.
I would still buy the *esluxy* one tho they still serve the same purpose and in cheaper price

Thank you for making this video I just started my *esluxs* collection and I love watching people's thoughts and reviews prior to buying them it's something I've worked hard for and you have too and I hope people can stop being bitter about subjects like this and I hope they can if anything be inspired to work hard for the things they love and are drawn to.

New subscriber and love your collection! Im absolutely stuck in the 2008-2012 era (Balenciaga City and Work, Proenza PS1, Chloe Paraty, Prada Cervo Antik satchel). Those were the bags I l dreamed of but couldn’t afford in my 20s…now I love picking them up preloved for a great price!
Maybe it's something about being in our 20's! I think I was lucky bc I was able to find good deals in the moment while I was still getting into the hobby. But it was still a coincidence - bc these were not bags I was into while they were out. MOst of them I'd never even heard of!

Reading the comments and I truly find some people a bit jealous of these *esluxs* . I mean if you work hard, you deserve to treat yourself. And I truly find this video to be helpful. Yeah I get not everybody can afford one of these bags but, wouldn't one prefer to learn about others experience with the bag then waste their money on a purse. Like thanks to other youtubers reviews on a bag, I got one and I'm truly happy with mine. & thanks to you Diana, I showed my sister this video and she's now convinced to get the Louis Vuitton bag that she's wanted for so long! Love this kind of videos!!
I think it's normal to have a preferences. What you're describing with those particular years is basically what trends were "in" at the time.

Thanks so much! The gray is a dress from the Zara summer sale and the jumpsuit is from Forever21 and I bought it around 3 years ago and it's a STAPLE in my wardrobe I find myself reaching for week after week! I just checked and I didn't see anything like it atm!

I'm sorry but it wasn't poor decision making that was a choice made by all of those in charge not one person but many had to authorize this.
And when they started getting heat, they tried to blame everyone else , when that failed they had to admit that decision was made by those in charge.
I don't beilieve they didn't know this whole campaign was wrong they simply didn't care and they got burned for it.
They used children knowing that there are predators out there who would enjoy this .
