      This isn't bio hacking
Yes bio hacking does try to learn about there body to inpove it but not like that
We know that the nerves around are ears are sensitive and ones closer to the inner ear can help up with directions so some if us get a tiny powerfull magnet to put in are ears so once wr can get used to it depending on the magnet you can tell when there's a field near you or were true north is by turning around
Some of us puts r.f.i.d chips put in to are hands
Some people are experimenting by making a gold lined computer chip under there skin between the skin and muscle so they can program it ti do what ever
Were about improving the body with tech what can we do to further the human race with what we can do some of us just go as far as a tiny magnet in a finger tip others are trying to do more
WE ARE NOT TRYING TO LIVE FOREVER!!!
We want to go agiasnt the medical industry and do what they wont to show what some smart people can do so humanity can see that we can inprove are selfs with tec and not be scared of it

@@bullishgroup8304 Researchers have developed bio-clocks that measure the biological age of organisms through certain biomarkers. They, and others, use these standards of measurement to test the efficacy of certain substances or genes in extending healthful life in model organisms such as c. elegans and yeast. There are currently studies going on using mice as model organisms as well and I believe limited human trials. In other words, it is not pseudoscience and it is undergoing the same processes as most research in biology.
That being said, this guy seems like he is at the lowest rung of that field in that he is a consumer who is pretending to be more knowledgeable than he is. There is no way all those supplements he is taking have any scientific backing for their efficacy in extending the healthful years of organisms. He is right about exercise though; evidence shows it helps increase healthful lifespan.
Most people interested in longevity would be more likely to do things like eating a Mediterranean diet, taking supplements like NMN, taking rapamycin and metformin, and exercising. All of these have at least some scientific backing and researchers are currently trying to further knowledge of how exactly these things help.
Tldr; longevity research isn't a pseudoscience, biohackers interested in longevity have several options backed by research to try, this guy probably uses these but extends into pseudoscience territory with his ridiculous amount of supplememts

He honestly looks closer to 40 than 30. I have done hard cardio one hour a day for 32 of 53 years and I had a brain tumor at 39 and 40. I had a 2% chance to survive. My neurosurgeon thinks I beat those odds by how fit I was. I ran one hour hard cardio every night after work. I only missed a few days in the last 15 years (around 10 days). I run up hills on a treadmill at 15.0 and I read while I run or do moving stairs (not stair master) on 19 for an hour. No one ever guesses I am older than 32 and I am 53 with two brain surgeries and several smaller surgeries with nerve damage. I take Zinc, D, and B12. Not dozens of pills that likely are working adversely. Good luck on that.

Lost? That would be a nice change but no I think not ., Perhaps I was unclear or the difference between our ways of thinking Is vast that understanding could not been gained .
If you study transactional analysis you become aware of the mostly unconscious power play around you. (conscious powerply inside normal human interaction is the relm of nasscisits and psychologists). One of the things groups of humans do inside of groups is to normalise the behaviour of members of group.. (see Group dynamics) this Is why great minds like nikola tesla and van gogh are cast out.. they are clearly brilliant however they are not domaint enough to lead and not able to normalise enough to be part of a group .. (Yes we need new group dynamics see Decentralised leadership) this action of normalising in-group behaviour (Norming) is needed for the group to achieve the goals set in the "forming stage" .. with invention of mass media these process play out as if we as a nation or nations were all one group. This program can be summed up as "have this opinion about this subject, feel informed. " yes they profit from the adverts and views but its bigger than that they get the views through psychology that your clearly not even aware of when it's literally presented as clear as day.

Just look at people in the "Blue zones" for the best longevity and centenarian examples. None of them live in big cities like San Fransisco, live in a "rush" like this person or take 1,000 different supplements. Stop overcomplicating health. Eat mostly whole plant foods, move your body, reduce stress, and live a slow and calm life surrounded by a loving community. You will still die but you will live a long and healthy life, hopefully :)

He sounds really crazy. I also supplement. But I only supplement, if I feel a bit sick or if I get stressed from University and have to learn a lot. I fell like it is helping me. Maybe it is placebo, but that's fine for me, because placebo is an effect. But his mindset is not healthy, although the idea of expanding his life is a good one. The science is incredible and could perhaps guid us to immortality in the future. I hope, that he'll be right and I'm the stupid one not doing this.

At 30 many people don't have that much aging-signs yet. So while he does look young, it's not really anything unusual about it.
