Not the archangel. After it was damaged by Athrun's self destruct Orb gathered the remains and rebuilt it and installed the Natural MS system since they thought Kira was dead and a natural would be piloting it, which did happen when Mu took over
Hey Zach, just wanted to let you know that I loved the stream, wish I could have stayed longer but sleep called for me! I'll let you know what I wound up getting instead of that PG Zeta though in the case you're interested. - MG Destiny Extreme Burst - HG G-Self Space Backpack - And a second PG GP01 cuz I found it cheap. Would really rock if you could review that. Easily top 3 PG's for me out of the 11 or 12 I've built and it doesn't get enough love! Thanks again for the stream and your efforts to save the Kangaroos and whatever else lives in Australia!
I got this on Friday. It’s my first PG to be honest and I was a little frustrated when it came to building the torso, but overall I’m having a blast and can’t wait to finish building this.
@@lifeonmars03 pg unleashed isn't that complicated as it looks, the build is very simply and the manual is beginner friendly so you can start with it if you really want
I kinda want this kit but I'm gonna hold out until it's marked down. Really banking on it being like the PG 00 Seven Sword, where it seems like everyone is trying to get rid of their stock through sales.
true Zach , but at the price that some of us have to pay for a PG kit, eg, $400+ here in Australia, it's pretty shit to have to scratch build something that will hold the shield onto the stand, just because Bandai want to penny pinch and not supply another connector.
I would love a PG Build Strike, but that would probably never happen. I know Build Fighters/Divers is targeted towards a younger audience but I genuinely like the designs that come from the series.
Hello Zack...Can you please make a review of using panel lines on white gundams?..comparison of black vs gray color...im thorned on what to use...black or gray...its quite difficult to find this on youtube..thank you!
Quick q. The effect part for the anti ship sword is a bit long on my kit, so if I plug it in it is warping. Any ghetto fixes that could be recommended?
It’s about 15 inches tall on the stand but if you want to make it hold up a sword over it’s head then it’s about 20 inches tall and that’s with the blade pointing straight back with a little bit of an angle.
@@justinsex9444 You don't need a $600 3D printer. Just a cheap $200 one, like the Creality Ender 3, should do the job fine. You'll need to putty and sand the surface and paint it if you are a true modeller. Oh, and, your sarcasm is noted, but really, $600? LOL. Model kit builders really need to get out of the basement and see how's the world spinning. Of course $600 can get you a resin MSLA printer (Actually, you can get a good MSLA printer around $350~400 nowadays), which you don't have to worry too much about surface finishing, but true modellers will never turn away from the challenge of surface smoothing, right? (LOL) 3D modelling itself is a skill that non less demanding than building a model with pla plates and putty, it's just another way to make parts for model kits (and a much efficient way - once you made the 3D model right, you can print as many as you like, so you are not worried about ruining the parts when trying different way to touch up the parts). Even Bandai is using 3D printers to prototype their kits. Or they are using CNC miller/router to make the prototypes - those very coarse brown/grey colored prototypes pictures you see at model kit magazines are most likely milled from foam materials.
I'm aware that when 3D printers are brought up for discussion, most die hard modellers will look down at the technology because most model made for printers are usually a "one piece" model, so no assembling, processing, painting, etc, is involved, so they viewed these models as not challenging, not worth their time. However, if put in enough effort, you can make a model that you can assembly, remove seams (and layer lines) and paint, just like any plastic models you'd buy from stores. You can visit my Thigiverse pages to see how I design and printed models that requires as much skills as any store sold model kits: www.thingiverse.com/Darren_Choy/designs Yeah I know this is a shameless self-promotion, but I just want to try changing how model kit builders look at 3D printing technology. P/S: I've stopped buying Gunplas after I got my 3D printer, since I can print my own original designed model kits now (Of course I can model and print a 1/24 RX-78-02 or any other MS if I like, but I tend to respect copyrights.).
Wow i didn't expect to use glue on a premium priced plastic model. That's why bootlegs are the better choice in certain situations such as for customization
- Engineering crew: "so which Striker Pack are you going to use this time?"
- Mu La Flaga: "yes"
also nice hair job Zak!
I just realized that, during the series, someone on the Archangel completely rebuilt all of the strike packs after Kira came back with the Freedom.

Thank you for your contribution! I’d like to get a GP01 PG someday actually but just have never picked one up yet
The PG Sky Grasper came with the big base.
Awesome review! As always. It was a fun stream, can’t wait for the next one.

Still can't believe u built this whole kit in one session, minus the cutting and sanding. U R DA MAN!
There was a lot to build!
im glad to see we were able to raise some money for the charity
Zup Zack! I enjoyed the stream, it was a great companion while painting my MG, thanks
Your new look 👍🏼. Thanks for the video bro.
Thanks man!
This was my first model kit(no I didn't start with hg,mg,or rg i went straight ti pg)
How was it? Considering this & the pg unleashed as my first two
@@lifeonmars03 pg unleashed isn't that complicated as it looks, the build is very simply and the manual is beginner friendly so you can start with it if you really want
how complex is it should i get it as my first pg kit
The new armour looks really evolve-ish to me

It would have costed them hundreds of thousands to add another connection to the runners as thry would have had to make new molds.
loving the new mold for the armor also on the silver parts so amazing man planning on buying one.. 😁😁 and also have a good review on it.. wiw.. 🥰🥰
Did you buy it? :O
Did you ever re paint all the packs?? Im very interested in seeing that! Thanks
Cool hair dude! It's not flashy and so people wouldn't really notice in public.
I honestly wanted it a little brighter but oh well!
I would love a PG Build Strike, but that would probably never happen. I know Build Fighters/Divers is targeted towards a younger audience but I genuinely like the designs that come from the series.
Your hair legit looks dope lmao
Your stream was great Zach. Congrats on everything you were able to do.
Really hoped they would fix the one and only flaw in the original Strike, the loose shoulder armor pieces. Only thing on this kit I had to glue.
huh. the hairs a lot more subtle than i thought it'd be. your hair looks great, loved the stream!
Did you have difficulty putting the led light in the head and getting the back piece on?
u are awesome!!! using ur time to help the wildlife.
Thanks for your support during the stream!
I really wish there was just a PG Launcher Strike release. It's the only pack I can see myself actually using.
Hey man, you doing ok with the whole pandemic thing? It's been rough on everyone and we as a community want to make sure your safe
We’re doing okay thank you!
He's a Coordinator. They're very resistant to disease haha.

Is this kit suitable as my first pg ?
mini full armor for strike gundam
Zach's kit storage solution makes an appearance.
Hah yep! They also work for great trays
Anyone had issues with the diecast pieces in the knees not fitting flush? Any tips on how to deal with it?
They should fit~ just make sure you’re putting everything in correctly
This perfect strike or the pg exia with LED? I can only afford to buy one so i would like to get opinions from u guys plz
Sai Bi definitely PG Exia with LED
U want separated strike parts??
P-bandai is the answer.

Just kinda gotta work it into place.
ZakuAurelius (G3 color ver.)
can the Skygrasper be built with the extra parts?
No
Gotta say, that opening shot looked slightly psychotic...
:D
IIIIIT’S PAT!!!
I missed the stream :( will you do another one or something alike
Another looooong charity stream? Probably yes but not anytime soon
Does anyone know how tall this kit is while it's on the base?

Wow
Just 3D print the shield connector...
Wow didnt think of that! Let me go get a $600 3D printer real quick...
Lol true or just scratch build something simple. It’s not a big deal I just think it’s weird Bandai went through all the trouble and left that out

hay man i compleated your stream!
