@@nagapushanam9254 both of you there isn't any specific diet for teenagers. It's the same for you guys except I suggest that at your age you people should just exercise more and eat healthy. Take a plate and half it. Half of it should be vegetables and the other half should be divided into half and one should have proteins and the other carbs (healthy carbs like whole wheat). If you guys want me to help you I'm here 😊

@@jayaprabha844 the chances are that you are losing off inches but the thing is that you see your body like 24/7 so if there is a change it's so small to be noted in the beginning and you become habitual to that and then you don't notice a difference at all. Try measuring yourself in the arms, belly, chest, hip and thighs. Also what's your weight and how much have you lost and what workouts do you do?

Most important thing was that I avoided junk , maida and sugar as much as possible also I ate only Ghar Ka Khana..

If ur aim is to loose only weight then u don't need to follow any exercises because loosing weight depends 80% on diet and only 20% on ur physical activity. If u can't exercise due to ur health issues then u can follow this walking challenge simple.. don't give excuses 😝if u give excuses then u not gonna loose any weight😜

I was 72 kg in the beginning... Periods was once in four or five months... So I started weight loss.. First thing I did I avoided all bakery products.... Avoided sugar... But was using one tsp sugar in tea.... After some time around 1 month weight became 65 ...got slightly regular periods.. That's once in three months... Then I started Leslie sansonr walking morning and evening... Continued this one month.. Weight became 60.5 ... It again got stuck... So I started private consultation with Monisha nd Vyshana( owners of UA-cam channel Mitahara tips by M and M and green lady) .. Private consultation is 1000 per month... Weight became 57 .. Periods got regular... Very effective...

@@shailajakadiyala1345 actually I did only in eve for 1 hr and I used Google fit to measure steps nd mins ....diet I followed intake of 900 calories ...mrng I ate 3 dosa or idli and afternoon very little rice ...and after walking u could see ur arms and hips getting back into shape and ...prolonged walk result in reducing the back body and lower body fat ...u will the change in Ur face if Ur losing weight ...keep on trying..good luck

Billen 3116 Billen 3116 I run almost 3 miles (4.8 Kms) in 30 minutes with 20 floors elevation on jogging trail. And I usually burn almost 300 to 320 calories. She should not mislead her subscribers.

I have walked 3 miles of 6000 steps but my calories burnt are 310..but ur walked less steps than me but ur calories burnt is 677....what's the difference
Yours is correct, walking doesn't burn more than 400 kcal in an hour,you can burn up to 500 kcal by adding some jumping moves and taking no breaks
By this we can only reduce 3kg in 45day.Because one day 630calories multiply by 45=28350.That means 3to4kg.

In that she told we can lose 10kg but it is not true.Because one day if we burn 630 calories for 45 days we will burn around 28350 calories which is around 3to4kg.But anyways I am doing it.
@@dams3639 This workout doesn't burn 600 kcal, inorder to burn 600-700 in an hour you need to high intensity workouts like running or jump rope or HIIT, this may burn 300-450

I had gone through same hand injury.. i had fracture plus dislocation in novemebr. Under went ORIF surgery. I started ur video yestersay.. now watched ur hand injured.
When i had fracture i didnt do bcz of jerks and pain. Now a days from 8th april started again. Just finished my break free workout.
Its so inspiring to see u r doing walk with injury even.

Great workout but walking doesn't burn 500 kcal let alone 600-700 in 50-60 mins,at brisk pace you can burn up to 450-480 kcal max in an hour,to burn 600-700 kcal you need to try jump rope or running or HIIT
