Since the question didn't specify they order of picking the colours, you have to find the probability of each possible order of picking. Like R first Y next and R last , or R first R next and Y last.. and finally Y first Rnext and R last. In The end you will realize everything is the same. So just calculate one and multiply with the number of ways to save time. You will get the same answer.

Sorry I have a question, the probability of yellow how did you get 2/3 I thought it was suppose to be 2/9
