I will troubleshoot by checking the status of the interfaces. Switch> enable Switch# show ip interfaces brief If the status of these ports are administravely down, you will need to bring them up Switch# Configure terminal Switch(config)# int range f0/15 - 24 Switch(config-if-range)# no shutdown These ports should come up and the problem should be solved. Else the switch has a hardware issue.
One is green & rest of the lights are orange which shows that both switches are in native vlan. Connect the upper switch cable to port 15 & below switch cable to port 1 then run commands on the below switch: sh ip int br...(to check if the port status is down or up)...

if it's a port security issue, interface would in a "err-disable" in the status column the remaining port-security modes does not shutdown interface, as you can see in the sh int stat, all the ports are in the same vlan, and non of them are "administratively down" which leaves us with a physical error
Sir one request...in fresher point of view they don't know about colors blinking above the ports ..amber & green something colours Will you practically teach what colour means what ? We need a video Sir as a fresher point of view

There's not a day I do not watch your channel to learn something ❤
Thanks 😊
If the LEDs aren't blinking, doesn't that always point to a hardware issue?
best to learn real practical scenarios based learning that is what i like about you. Thanks a lot to put this much efforts.
Thank you

Acha laga apka comment
It is hardware issue. There should have some led blinking.
Select Ip interface range and then use no shutdown cnd I think port are Show up
Oh my god
You are awesome sir
This is what we want
Thanks
Either vlan or port security
Another thing sir when we Start a switch newly or reboot how many light indications are there ? Please give practical video
What is the answer? I thing there issue with the hardware. is it?
Must be hardware issue or port must have been disabled. Port shut and unshut might work in this case
Nice to see troubleshooting in practice. Learn from others methods and procedures.
Thanks for watching!
other ports are down . login to other ports and no shutdown it
I just check if the interface are down, using the command s()#show ip interface brief
Because of vlan these ports
Check the speed and duplex of the ports…
Auto auto
Connect the non working port back to back to the laptop and check if any progress!!!
plez give answer....
There must be shut down the cable 😮😮😮😮
Nic card can be the issue
Yes
Nice brother donot know the steps, wat are the steps bro, excepting answer .

@@PMNetworking Glad for your response, can you say wat are common procedures to follow while troubleshooting..

Show run
It may be a problem on vlan vlan is shutdown which contain all shutdown ports
Nothing is configured, there are only default configuration
I think this is port security isssue
