A basement is rare in the Philippines and it offers cooler temps saving on AC. CONTACT: jrc.customerhelpline@jrcconsultancy.com (032) 436-5278 | (032) 407 8342
Thanks Rod, reasonable rental charge for the location. We previously charged P15.000 per month for our house up in the province. There is a lot to be said for concrete constructed dwellings like our home in the Phils., which is generally cool both downstairs and upstairs without AC operating. Take care Amigo.
I would rent this in a heart beat if I could. It is very close to my child's school and would save us a tremendous amount of time on driving her back and forth to school. Our problem is that we're only 2 months in on our current 12 month lease.
I trust JR, that's a big house for the price. It needs a lot of cleaning up, especially the pool, it is a mess. That will bring a ton of mosquitos! eeks!
One got to ask oneself, if Philippines is safe as one claims, then why all condos and subdivisions have guards with guns? This is rare setup in the world. You are saying all these setups are unnecessary gimmicks? Ppl can safely live in houses on any streets? I highly doubt it. Especially if you stick out like a sore thumb. If you don't live in condos or subdivisions, it's because you can't afford, not because it's safe. That's the logical conclusion. You are living in a country that is dirt poor. Guns are everywhere. Druggies are everywhere. You stick out like a sore thumb and you are not allowed to keep guns and police are useless. And you feel safe to put your house on a public street? In slum area? Maybe you are foolhardy person? Before answering this question, do you wear mask during pandemic?if you don't, you can live anywhere the world without fear because you fear nothing and your life is not valued.
Very strange lay out. Lot of wasted space. Needs to have a lot of work and a good clean up before any one will rent that. Why is the pool a stagnant breeding ground for mossies? Clean that up and that would be a major selling/renting point. As it is, no thanks.
You're not that bright are you? It's sat empty. Mold, algae, bugs, geckos, etc. are an issue everywhere in tropical countries. This house will easily be rented. It'll also have a live in maid that will clean it constantly and help care for the family that rents it.
@@Sheepleton a lot brighter than you. What's with the insult? Having lived in Asia for over 30 years I am well aware of any issues. BTW it's good to have geckos on the property as they eat the bugs.
It's a fixer-upper I like the floor plan pool can be clean and sterilized-I bet it's noisy from traffic.😎👍
The place is a dump just look at the pool in the backyard bet the basement floods.
I am pretty sure drainage works and no flooding in the basement. No smell or other indications.

Thanks Bob. I am going to be 1 armed/handed for a few more months so fewer long comments. Take care.
Interesting layout indeed, but it looks a bit worn out. Not sure I would want to pay p30K for this.
Nice big home for a growing family.

Not bad at all.
But I wonder whether foreigners will get kidnapped if they don't live in condos or subdivisions.
🤷♂️🤦♂️
LOL! If that is what you think you better not live in PH

Pretty safe in most of the Philippines.
