You’re balding because of a predisposed sensitivity to DHT. I get tired time after time after time with people saying just to derma roll and use minoxidil. This doesn’t do anything but mask the problem. You will continue to recede. You may grow some hairs, but they will be gone, permanently, if you don’t do anything about the real problem. As a teenager, decreasing DHT levels is something that may not be as clear cut. There still are developmental properties, albeit small after 18+. DHT is typically only necessary in fetal development and puberty. Beyond this, it starts to become problematic. I started finasteride at 18. I’m on dutasteride at 19. I have had 0 side effects but the risk that I took may not align with yours. I would say to start with topical finasteride to reduce systemic absorption and slowly transition to supplementation in later years. You will not halt balding without 5AR inhibition. Just remember that. No guy should be misinformed by hair loss.

I’ve been bald and I can tell you that 99% of people look better with hair. Some people can pull off the bald look because they have great facial aesthetics but they would look better with hair. Both 2PAC and DMX would look better with hair. Unless you have a good facial leanness with a sharp jaw and good eye area whilst also having a low body fat. Then being bald is usually a death sentence ill be honest. I was bald for about 11 years and went through the whole ecosystem and community and its well know.

For the most part, there are many women that like bald guys. But, I guess if you are talking to women younger than 25, it which it's not common for guys to be bald, I can understand women saying they don't like it.

That's because they have other features that make up for them being bald.
Like I said to others, you CAN look good bald if the rest of the face is good. And balding won't massively impact your attractiveness, but it will impact how women treat you.

i’m bald, got a lean face & have a good shape. i get way more looks than when i was fat and was looking like homer simpson. the thing with being bald is that you CAN NOT lack on all other areas of your looks. i’m always wearing silver jewelry due to needing glasses. my face is very clean and other than that you will attract more mature humans around yourself. woman and men (when it comes to business and life in general)
