the Voltshot Vantage Point I am pretty sure is the curated roll you get from the story quest. I have 3 identical copies and pretty sure that's how i got them - Voltshot - Stats for All - Steady Rounds - Corkscrew Rifling - Range MW
Them not being craft-able is a byproduct of not timegating them. I would much prefer a way to focus a particular weapon, similar to the system for Onslaught, if it isn’t a thing already.
I'd just like to point out that the last time we got a void sidearm of any archetype was SIX seasons ago (Fioritura-59). The one before that? ELEVEN seasons ago (A Swift Verdict), and you can't even get it anymore.
I got the vantage point with stats for All and jolt feedback and it is really good. Super fast reload with amazing handling. You can also run the reload handling new Mode on it as well and it is super fast.
Hertetics fervor is gonna be meta because of bipod swapping. Swich off of bipod to EPL, frenzy, or even vorpal, and you keep the 50% reserve buff from bipod without the 25% dmg loss. I haven't got crux tp drop with bipod and a dmg perk in 4th, but i have it with demo snd bipod snd reconstruction, so i get multiple options to reload at least
I love sidearms so much and never got a good roll for Swift Verdict before it got sunset. Insurmountable with Threat Detector/ Closing Time or Desperate Measures looks good to me for PvP
you can hold and release the fire button to detonate the breach and double fire grenade launcher shots early. there’s a minimum arming time tho so not a perfect solution
I got an envious arsenal cascade bittersweet, and tbh it’s a little off if you’re using an autoloading thing with it like witherhoard, just because it shoots too fast to get the autoload to proc, so I’d go with bns personally
I got the grenade launcher, and created the ether, blew it up with my hand cannon and it basically acted like ambitious assassin. Got two shots back, when I swapped to it. Just so yall know!
I also have the voltshot stats for all pulse, tested on carl and it works like normal voltshot so either the api is listing the wrong perk or they accidentally released the gun with the wrong perk
I think that the rewarded version of the pulse has a curated roll that's bugged possibly? Because I have the same combo with no second barrel or mag options. And I am pretty sure it's the only one I've gotten, and it's from the quests.
I think Vantage Point is possibly bugged because I have the same roll you received as well. I was hoping to get one with Jolting Feedback! I think it's going to be RIDICULOUS in GMs and Raids especially with it being unstoppable, Jolt stunning Overloads, and jolting bolts from the champs to minors around them....CC and ad clear! #SPICY
Vantage Point is bugged, the weapon mods for it also partly don't match it being a pulse rifle. I also have the voltshot roll, which shouldn't even be on it

Sad but also happy because now ill have an actual reason to play the seasonal activity for more than a few hours. Had all the weapons crafted last season in just a few hours of farming expert breach and I just did the same thing in act 2 and 3

That's because all the best options for each weapon have already been decided and I was under the impression that they we're common knowledge at this point on top of players making their own choices depending on what they would prefer.

Bungie has no sense of their game. Another arc pulse? Really? After you just release the 2-burst one? The only ones really worth getting are the stasis-double fire GL and maybe the arc heavy GL. But since they aren't craftable, I'm not gonna even bother with them. Great move Bungo 👍

If they thought giving us weapons we can’t craft will keep us playing, it won’t. I have no reason to sign in every week now, and I don’t care enough to grind for any weapon that’s not craftable.
@@swarlly the thing is Ive dismantled a lot of those weapons I spent hours grinding for and I’m sick of running activities more than a handful of times. I can even pinpoint when I stopped giving a crap about loot grinding, with the sole exception of raid and dungeon exotics, which only actually require you to beat the boss. When Gambit got that strand linear, laser painter I think. They changed it so you needed 3 engrams to focus one weapon. That’s when I decided I’m not grinding for weapons anymore, it’s a waste of time. I’ll just use what I have and things will be fine.
Is it because you don't want to spend the time grinding for a perfect roll? Or is there any other reason? Not trying to jab, I just started playing again though and there've been lots of changes lol just trying to catch up
@@astralb0y If you've been playing for a bit I would argue most of these rolls are not required if you're a contest player for example. For a lot, including myself, if there's no determinism to a grind we just don't want to grind for something we view as non-essenial anyway.

Yup, they got rid of the hidden cooldown that's active whilst the stat bonus is active. This makes it work like slideshot.

I love that roll on multimach, with the new synergy weapon mod you can make up to 3 orbs on a kill sometimes

Yep it's curated. You get it on all three characters if you do the seasonal content. I've put some kills in with it and it actually feels really good.
Slideways/Chillclip Liturgy was made for prismatic consecration builds.
Keep away explosive payload on the hand cannon. I always loved the spare rations model

Origin perk overloads. On the pulse rifle that has 36 rounds and no back up mag, it gets 66 rounds when you pick up the orb.
Yeah the no backup mag mod must be a bug because it's like the only weapon in the game that can't take a backup mag
I'd love a way to re-roll the masterwork, barrel and magazine perks if we don't have crafting. Let us craft those 3 at least.

Yeah it's been forever. I bought a seventh seraph sidearm from the gunsmith last season cuz I didn't have a single void sidearm haha

Liturgy is a pain in the ass because the projectiles bounce off the ground if you miss and fly way far away from enemies and don't hit shit...

as far as i can tell, the sniper with dragonfly weaken doesnt work with the dragonfly giving the weaken. tried it and didnt seem to work

Unfortunately I doubt it, I believe loose change is intended to work only with jolt, volatile, scorch etc.

Back in my day we had to kill 700 Omniguls just to get a 4/5 god roll. And you know what we appreciated those weapons a lot more.
