Captain Bligh and the 18 men were NOT deposited on a shore; they were sent off in a small skiff in the middle of the ocean. But many survived and got back to England.

Once again a feminist decides that another woman is suffering.

They did not drop Blye off on an island. They were put in a life boat with food/ water. This glaring error calls into question this entire article.

At least something positive came out of the Mutiny on the Bounty, now there’s a community of people living there.

Tahiti is a paradise. I would've joined in the mutiny.

Odd that with no other country claiming jurisdiction would impose laws over its citizens, except the lone survivor of the mutiny. Where’s the legal precedent except moral. Even The fateful Donner Party survivors were forgiven and accepted back into society, but one whom wasn’t repentant.

Sex with minor laws are too extreme. Especially when local custom doesn't think sex with minors is a bad thing.

*_Being a pedophile and sexually abusing children is NEVER a good thing._*
I'm just glad that ALL Internet service providers are now legally compelled to keep and submit a general list of IP addresses that they've flagged for some suspicious patterns of activity and/or concerning statements made online (or via text message/SMS) that way protective agencies know who they need to run a more detailed investigation on ... 😒
_(but it's an evolving technology so it's still getting better at identifying possible sex offenders and flagging those individuals for more specialized watchlists...however, modern computer learning software is VERY good at analyzing the data collections stored on dedicated/remote servers; such as Google owned properties, cellular network providers, Apple brand devices etc.)_
