Do you generally have to use a hot or cold stabilizer mix in your Gelato? Can you rather add your own LBG and or Xantham Gum instead, or are these mixes doing something better?
New subscriber. We purchased a soft serve machine for a graduation party. I took one serving of the vanilla frostline soft serve mix and mixed it with the appropriate amount of water. I then added 1 tablespoon of strawberry puree to the mix. I blended it and then used it in the Ninja Creami. I believe this would be great in the soft serve machine. Can you add puree to your soft serve mix? Also, I'd love to know your thoughts on the Ninja Creami.
Hi headmaster, thank you for addressing my question 😁 🍦

You can add your own stabilizer blend, however, these predesigned stabilizers are generally a coverall for most blends.
