You can change the speed settings to slow it down. Then turn volume off because the sound will also be distorted. Also, I believe you must remember to change the setting back as it does not automatically reset after each video. I hope this helps.

It cannot be uttered by our mouth. naam simran becomes living a truthfull life according to hukam. There is no harm in chanting or singing but its all for ourselves as akaal purakh has no ears. Nanak says, moonho ki bolan boliye jit sun dharey pyar. There is nothing we can say to please him.

A brilliant professor edifies his students by day and sexually abuses young women at night. Did he also do far more good than evil in his life? I love practicing kundalini yoga and in my opinion european community is great and there are more honest, kind and friendly people than in any other community I've ever met. But I agree that Yogi Bhajan was an asshole.

@HWK_venom Bizarre question? Don't you think? If you followed the "cult", you practiced yoga and much much more everyday for 30 or 40 years.
