It is fake. I mean just look at how fast the timer drains at the end. Also, The middle shows that with 30m out of 2h remaining, the circle only drained about 25%. Which means that he was setting different timers.
@@ErikReacts-hz6meyou can see twitch chat in the corner. If it was fake, they would've said something. And 30 is 25% of 120. 2 hours is 120 minutes. If he was setting different timers, then the circle would still be the same as the timer on screen because its programmed to be bound to that timer. Thats how the timer app works.

Again, if he set a different timer, the circle would still be set to the timer on screen because that's how the app works. He didn't fake it. Also, you're supposed to capitalize letters after a period, not a comma.
