Germans and camps. Truly iconic duo.
😂😂😂
This is a really focused camp.
they aint call em training sessions for nothing
Alot on concentration going on
Ethan having the time of his life
Love how concentrated Dima is with the camp. Very concentrated camp.
😆
I see what you did their 😅
Fucking 😂😂
Craig does not care about athletes pay. That’s just a cover For him to get that $3 million so he can afford to pay for his fantasy match with Gabi. That’s some damn dedication right there Craig. Respect.
He is down HORRIBLY
The mans dedication to getting that OF Collab is inspiring. A true people's champ and inspiration
The well-oiled mind of a German is the only thing that could out-coach Danaher. Jokes aside, this guy seems great. If his coaching produces results in the competitions, I hope they can get him permanently.
The depth of knowledge displayed here is truly impressive. Kudos to Dima for sharing his knowledge
Dima is a younger, German John Danaher
He's a REWE John Danaher
Hopefully without the morbid personality
@@julirichmond3 don't count on Germans having personality mate: they're too busy being efficient!
@@solomon796 lol wut 😂 I call.Aldi
Easy there. Hes got a lot of accolades to get before he can even be mentioned in the same conversation as John.
Call me old school, but I still believe BJJ coaching should consist entirely of sweaty dudes shouting “pass his guard!” and “submit him!!” from the sidelines
heh
“crossface underhook!”
Vai passar, vai pegar
I could cry about how accurate this still is...
" just do it ! Stand up ! " 😂
Dima has such a great attitude and applying that HR based training is really interesting. I wish him and the boys the best!
The Führer vs the Danaher
One of the only head coaches I've seen bring wrestling intensity to a pro BJJ gym. Hats off to you Dima.
Final piece of the puzzle
Ayo wtf u doing here 😂
Why am I genuinely happy for B-Team and I don’t even train there?
Cause your gay
Get this dude his Visa asap before someone else snags him. Bteam was missing one thing and that thing is the structure of a German. He could run any S&P 500 company.
So you want to send B-team to China the way Germany is sending their industry?
Tianjin is very much like Austin: minus the hipsters, honors and Californians.
Eastern Block Danaher Unlocked!
We know B Team has tremendous talent, hopefully this coach channels that talent and creates a new culture of excellence at B Team.
Unstoppable with that high quality German 'tism
I’m really hoping Dima brings the results I think he can. The insights I’ve seen from him so far seem on point, not just on techniques and tactics, but overall structure of training.
I know Dima for a couple of years now and can asure every oerson thats in doubt of his legitimacy, this guy GRINDS.
He lives and breaths the sport of jiujitsu.
Its irrelevant If u like his character or not,his dedication is to be admired
facts
they lucky to have him
i think 8:18 says enough about Dima's character
This is exactly what I've been talking about for like a year now ! Having a head coach and mopping the damn mats ! Thank you dima 🙏🙏🙏
I fucking LOVE Dima, adds a whole new level of the already intense training to the team
You guys need to get really strong commercial grade dehumidifiers in that space to deal with “wetness” on the mats. Ideally I’d say 2 one on each corner, that can both easily handle 2500sq ft +. You want them oversized so they can hit 45-50% humidity easily and turn off.
Yeah my gym is in a basement and we recently invested in a proper dehumidifier and it’s made a huge difference.
After only 7 years of training this dude a special
Who? Chen?
@@carloscortes1577Dima
@@carloscortes1577 No Dima, Dima only began training in 2017 although in that time span he had a 2 year layoff due to two knee surgeries for a torn ACL and meniscus, and then a couple years after he recovered, he had two hernia surgeries and a torn ligament in his hand. This guy must be a wizard to be able to coach so well with so little time. BJJ is evolving faster than ever.
Dudes been doing BJJ the same amount of time as me. It was very humbling to learn.
Been training with the guy since he started so believe me mate when I tell you, Dima is something special. I am predicting that he will eclipse expectations by a long shot. Also keep an eye on the young man he used as Uke, Linus, just a matter of time until he will break onto the top crop of the competition scene 💪
I freaking love this channel!
As much Dima as possible. What a combo
Dima vs Danaher super fight 😂
I bet Dima's jiu-jitsu notebook is nuts
Dima was a great addition to Jozef's seminar that he conducted at our gym recently
how can you not love nicky rod? its impossible
Dima is gonna level them up 💯
damn, the missing ingredient for B-Team's ultimate success. history in the making
Love to hear Dima talk about expanding hand fighting beyond just a heavy collar tie. He will attract more wrestlers to the sport. Elbow ties are super under utilized in JJ. I get that your opponent can pull guard more easily but in ADCC, depending on the time of the match, guard pulling comes with a negative point. Very cool.
Nicky Rod still kinda a spaz, just does things that sorta resemble successful attacks but are sorta just wastes of energy. I am literally John Danaher so everything I say is gospel btw
Bet he making them do the “heil Austrian painter” when doing single arm front raises with the dumbells
Yhea i dont buy shit. I saw the b-team competing and saw no difference. Nicky rod won as espected and the other just so so as always.
Get an armband heart rate monitor. You can connect it to a phone or watch and it doesn't interfere with training. A really good way to track output and manage recovery.
isn't he the dude who would regularly supervise Joseph Chen's sweatshop
Hopefully Dima comes back as the full time coach
Leave it to a German to increase efficiency in whatever industry they find themselves in lol.
So sick that B-Team finally has a head coach to give solid direction and guidance.
They defo needed a German guy to run it, That's a very concentrated camp!
Someone get Dima an oversized fanny pack that he can wear when you shoot these camp vids.
First real comment, ly b team xoxox
real comment chain
real
We have Danaher at home
Curious. So are they all wearing HR straps under their rashguards? Or are they doing HR training by feel?
I wondered that too. On one of the other short videos it looks like Nicky Rod is wearing a Whoop so maybe they're actually monitoring.
@@SauceMario Ah well spotted. That would make sense then. Polarised HR training is legit in athletics. Cool to see it being implemented in grappling.
No cauliflower ears... I'm not sure I can bet on him.
To quote dima's Coach: cauliflower is a sign of bad technique :)
B Team has a coach, now we're fucked up
if you can keep a high heart rate for 1hr [or a long time ]
then in a comp you wont fatigue as fast as the you're opponent
Germans have attention to detail which is second to none
This is true, even in the workplace.
Weil wir die geilsten bei sowas sind!!
Orange Hair Power!!! Love it.
What did I tell you guys? If B-team doesn't get a head coach they will forever be the B TEAM.
Lets go B-Team
If you aren’t objectively measuring HR for each athlete why not use RPE?
The real reason DDS split
B+ Team With Dima
Kieran Kichuk could win CJI... Give him a spot!!!
how much a dehumidifier costs? Do they really have to skate on sweat on the mat? Injuries, sickness...
B team gonna have a hard time getting 2nd from now on. They seem unstoppable and with amazing energy. LFG
that is the key. trust and mutual understanding and respect. you can't teach effectively to many types of people without that
Danaher siting, rhythm of talking...i se what you did there.
Funny accent, Check, Rash guard, check, shave the head and you have the makings of a great coach.
did i see andy varela training with jozef?
big ups dima
nicky looks like the kind of guy to grapple in white tube socks
Dimna is for real going to be the key weapon this year. All the talent is in the room and also the knowhow how to improve but the sport at the highest levels requires you to be selfish and hard to do that whilst running a gym so this the poerfect fit. The team are looking sharo and the line at the end was gold "to those that hate my on what I do keep making noise because then more people will see it and smart people will know when someone is good".
Ah yes the magic 'people that hate me' motivation.... smart people will also know when something is crap.
Great job, love to see Dima leading this camp!
Hard to listen to Dima w the music playin.
Hans Danaher
go dima! your camp will be successful!
Yeah, let's go boys and girls 🏆
It’s either the best thing you or the worst.. no in between😂
Finally someone pushed Gordon Ryan Brother to do some work :D
Gordon Ryan's brother? Don't you mean Nicky Ryan's brother's brother?
Dima Death Squad!LFGGGGGG🔥🔥🔥
How are you measuring HR?
We need him fully at b team
just curious, what about the slow flow training approach like the Russian wrestlers, why doesn't dime do it this way to reduce risk of injury?
I would imagine most of them train like that naturally (except the rod bros maybe). they're already technically advanced and have a lot of hours, so they'd probably benefit more from getting the most out of their physical capabilities. this is a bullshit guess though.
He's using it and talking about it from minute 6
Visited a seminar he held with Chen. Guy is legit.
gonna keep my eyes on dima. Dude's killing it
Wow. Incredibly exciting.
I like this one
Inspired
i love b team
They all hated John’s structure…
Because Johns structure is Grim Dark, not enjoyable focused training. lol
4:34 cleannnnn as transition
b team on the rise to be the A TEAM
Comm3nt
i like
Didn't see Jrod a single time. Where is he?
had to get a job to pay off that whip
Comment.
He sounds like a genius trainer.
Dimas the real deal
let’s go B-Team
Wow! Go on, Dima!
The German Danaher???
Not even close...
Lets goooooo !
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
🔥
Craig’s starting to come off a little drunk with power. He’s heading down the Gordon Ryan road…
Kieran is conspicuously absent...
He was in like the first minute?
@@Durrrville Fuck, I must have scrubbed that part.
