yo, little set up you can try, i think its gigga good for clear: Spark-Pierce-Electrocute-controlled destruction or arcane tempo Mana Tempest - Murderous Intent - Premeditation Orb of Storms - Overabundance -Conduction Cast on Shock - Lightning Conduit - Commet your stutter run through white mobs spamming spark, the Electrocute quickly stuns trash so you get overwhelmed less. find a magic/rare mob pack and run past them to the next open area, drop 2 orb of storms, mana tempest and start spamming spark till you OOM. the damage/clear is absurd once you get the tempo down and learn to no get overwhelmed by the mass of mobs, electrocute makes the build feel like a cold build with everything just stopping in place and allows you to actually take full use of mana tempest. stack as much cast speed/mana regen as you can and by the time you pull the next pack your mana is full regened. also, the cast on shock procs on almost every big pull because of how many mobs your pulling, im at ~66% shock atm from double shock so im getting 1200% MORE damage with lightning conduit just from the gem, on top of the 15% more from mana tempest and culling strike. when i pull a big enough pack to proc COS the lightning conduit can and very much will one tap these tanky 4 mod rares in act 6.
i respecced out of lighting i had to press so many buttons to do good damage, like i press orb of storms/sigil/flamewall/manatempest/spark ... than the boss does literally anything and i have to move and that 4 sec "prep" of doing damage did nothing or i died because i wanted to dps :3 and with just flamewall/spark i did literally zero dps, but apparently my gear was kinda trash every other guy i see on youtube does like 2-3* my damage somehow :3
Both orb of storm and flame wall have support gem that increases duration...and thers one support gem for fire wall that spawns 3x walls...i use same setup but I don't have to cast them often and m just casting sparks most of time

I've just been casting frost bite curse, ice bomb, ice walls, fireball with the scatter shot and unleash gems, and everything is melting so much better than the other skill builds I had tried. I thought my damage was ok before, but then I realized how crap it actually was when I started killing my level bosses in less than 4 mins. It was taking me like 10 or more for bosses depending on which it was in act 1 and 2 prior to changing to my current build. I keep being told lightning is more damage now, but its just boring AF to me. I would probably swap classes before running full lightning.
Pro Tip To assign points to a weapon swap, you don't need to respec them, just left-click on the weapon points, and then click on the points on the tree you want to assign to the weapon swap. Pro Tip Number 2 Record this on video and put it in your next video so more people know about it.
@@Shrimplonex Just checked. Sorry, I made a big mistake. I remember fiddling with passives for a long time to assign them to weapon swap. Apparently my memories got mixed up and I lied to you all. It wasn't on purpose. I checked everything again, if you talk to the respec vendor, remove the passives you already took, but don't confirm the changes, and then take them as weapon swap passives, it will be free. Then you can choose other passives for weapon swap. I feel very strange, I clearly remember doing it exactly as I explained the first time, but reality says that my memories are a lie, maybe all my memories are a lie? It's a little scary and sad, I don't want to think about it, I hope at least this method will work.
Is there any reason at all to use pierce of spark? Spark is basically also a pierce but then 2 projectiles afterwards? I am running this but stacking % mana on kill on jewels ( 6 x 2% ) so I won't need any form of mana regen at all. Now trying Covenant + Soul Tether
in the passives tree, i respecced the middle left travel nodes into the top left travel nodes, taking some ES and 2 pen nodes in the triangle. Its seems better to me for the same points
still holding onto my Arc since i end-up using my great jeweller(thought it wasnt that rare lol) and using controlled destruction, should i switch to a crit setup? doest it work well with Arc too?
I love warp but the ball feels horrible. me stoopid and stubborn so me gonna try arc + warp . Arc great bossing hits like a truck but garbage clear. That's where warp comes, after one arc white mobs are in range for warp. Probably will add orb of storm for some shock and to deal with blue packs with light res (using support with light res debuff on shock). Warp set up will be full mana/energy shield/hp regene, with just considered casting for dmg because its low cast time makes the downside of considered casting less affect its dps than arc. The rest will be classic lightning archmage mana tempest on boss
But where does the damage come from? Sorry I'm more or less a beginner to PoE and I have a passive tree and gem setup very similar to the one shown in the video and yet I can't get it to really work. My dps is so low that I can't really get through the campaign any further and the energy build up is also A LOT slower. The comet really doesn't work for me because of that, since the energy only increases by one or two percent every time I shock, which is also a lot less frequent than in the footage of this video. I really don't get it though, since I skilled into all of the same Ailment and Shock chance passives and everything...
pierce fills up the screen and shoots outward hitting everything. chain may be worth experimenting with but its not obviously a replacement for pierce.
Any thoughts of the 40 % ele damage converted to energy shield ascendancy? Was hoping to leech energy shield somehow because the main problem I am having right now is depending on health pots for healing I usually like to build high leech or life gen but not really finding a way to do that in this game.
Hi, im new to PoE in general. I've started the game as a sorceress, currently at level 22 and having a great time. Is it normal to only have 3 maybe 4 skills slotted? I tend to use spark, flame wall and those electric orbs (forgot the name) along with raging spirits. I just seem to have a lot of space in my skill bars but nothing to fill them with. Even when I use arc i tend to not use spark. Also should i be mixing elements or just focus on one for now?
i dont fill up my skill bar even in endgame. generally you will have a few pretty powerful buff buttons which negate the need to add extra button presses, as the others would simply be worse
wait wait im confused, can you have support gems linked to a skill inside cast on shock/ignite? it sounds like that's what you're describing with comet, but I dont see any way to do that
isn't the unleash 50% less dmg while it recharges, so you don't want to spam Arc if you have unleash, you want a big cast, then wait for it to refill and another big cast. or have i totaly missunderstood how the gem work, and playing it wrong the whole time? :o
@@anime.princess noticed that, thought once you cast it, it would stay on 0 if you kept casting, so might be i can pump out some more dps, usualy just toss down a Mana Tempest and Arc with seals, run away from what ever mobs survived and do it again when seals are back xD
So i have been following a build guide for Ball lighting Cast on shock Lightning conduit, and thats really the only skill it uses for damage since Ball lightning has a 750% more chance to shock, Yet it seems to do almost nothing and not shock much at all??? spent about 30 exalts already on jewellers orbs and cant even do act 3 cruel with it... am i missing something??
I don't think you can get the same level of Spark scaling with chronomancer because the class is focused on time manipulation and has less access to the kind of damage bonuses this build uses.
@ great 👍 I’ve been using it with shield to really good success that extra 25% block chance helped a lot to not get dumpstered by the packs of mobs sometimes
exposure is a game mechanic that lowers res for ALL hits against exposed enemies. exposure support might be the only way to apply it right now, im not sure
To be honest spark is shit in act2 i use arc and clear speed and gameplay is so mutch better almost 3x spark dps im in act 3 i build tree by my self and i dies 30 times mostly becouse i stuck in to the group of enemies

You made the right choice with Mana Regen with the Venom draught, Stormweaver is mana intensive.

hourglass support says "supports skills you use yourself" it doesnt work with cast on shock comet
+ i figured out you can use more than one come in a cast on shock, so i run cast on shock + comet + comet + spell echo

you get them naturally by leveling up

You should try auto cask with frost wall. It does nice dmg.
I run it combined with MoM, CI & EB

What do you think about the chain passive points for lightning skills as a replacement for pierce on spark? The triple cluster gives 100% i believe.

Do you have shock chance nodes. Without those it won’t shock that often
How many point do I need to use argane mage
I'm playing chronomancer, can't i make something similar to this ? My spark DPS feels so slow around 500dps at 52 lvl

mana tempest seem to be addetive with all the other % increased dmg, so it scale really bad in endgame,

Sadly, spark falls off a cliff in the endgame is entirely unusable in maps right now.
i released a budget friendly stun setup for endgame mapping today, and it feels great in the level of maps im at rn (tier 8)
dunno my man, friend has 30k dps spark lol he delete tier 15boss in 3 seconds

i was also using Arc from act 2-4. I have the entire arc setup i used in the build spreadsheet
I did the same but switched back to spark in act 3 after I got the sigil of power and mana tempest setup
