while you plan for buy foam for sofa you visits different stores or showroom and find yellow foam 32 density at every store but price of this foam different from one store to another store you get confused which foam you have to buy. one store price Rs. 100 sqare feet for 4inch thickness, second store Rs. 150, Third store Rs. 200+ but warranty almost same. That makes you confused what to buy.
in this video we show you practical demonstration of how to check Quality of same Density foam in easy way.
usually foam which added more filler become rigid and break while you put weight on one point of foam. less filler or pure foam not break while putting weight on one point of foam. this is the best way to check quality of sofa or mattress foam.

The reason being the difference in approaches to this test,
Being a foam distributor, i know the basics, and this video, I'm sorry to say is a test everyone refrains, I myself would not do that, because a mistake from buyer's end will damage whole block of foam for me,
To check fillers in foam one can easily run his hand on the foam sheet, if he feels some material stuck on his hands, thats filler.
Good foam will not leave mucj residue...

Foam for sofa sets comes in yellow ,blue colours to define its density . Blue foam has higher density than yelloy.
This is not ptactical way to test the foam with stick without its standard size .This may be thumb rule .There are so many lab tests to confirm its quality .
HR foam is much better than PU foam.
