Wala naman pong Pilipinas bago ang kolonisasyon. Ang pagkakabuo ng Pilipinas ay produkto ng kolonisasyon.
Mas lalong walang Ophir. Pakulo lang yan ng isang grupo ng mga Protestante.

You might be interested in the ppop group called, Alamat. They are incorporating Filipino culture in their music, outfits and choreo. In the music video of their song "Maharani" (great queen), they featured Singkil.

Why in our textbook Filipino culture before the Spanish period is not greatly emphasized? It always start with 1521BCE, when Magellan came in the Philippines. There’s more to tell than just the spanish occupation.

What type of textbook are you reading? In my time (I'm from the last batch of the old curriculum before K-12) there's always a chapter emphasized for Pre-colonial Philippines however since it's in the early 2000s which has a hangover of the 70s, 80s, and 90s some of the information are inaccurate.

You do know that prior to colonization, what is now Bangsamoro used to be heavily involved in the trade and cultural exchange with the rest of the archipelago? Bangsamoro culture is probably the best glimpse we have of pre-colonial lowland Filipino culture.
