You may be interested to know that what you see is a 21st Century reinstatement of a railway that closed in 1935 and that so far we have spent over 40 years in recreating our passion. Please, you are sitting in the "Train" the thing pulling you is the locomotive 😅. British heritage railways are amazing, in particular as they were set up and run by volunteers. On the miniature 5in and 7.25in gauge, those locomotives were more than likely built by the drivers in their home workshops. The hobby is called "Model Engineering".
