- I was working on this house and for some reason the alarm kept going off when the owners and there dog had gone out all day. Had to investigate since the house was medieval.
As a alarm engineer myself I can say that the panel is a scantronic 9800 with possibly a pyronix deltabell, but the reason the alarm may have gone off is due a cat moving around ,as it's a beautiful old building if there are high winds and shock sensors on windows the vibration can cause the alarm to go off or insect or bug crossing the pir
It was chap, there was also rook scarers going off around me every 10 mins.
Dude, that is super scary
That is a creepy alarm I couldn't sleep
Hhjkhjjkhhjjhhkjghjjhjig
Sounds like a scantronic 9800+
*Screamtronic
The internal sounder siren sounds like a police car, the alarm system has got be a late 80s/early 90s model
Likely to be a Scantronic panel
@@alarmmuseum yes
sounds like you could hear a 9827 keypad if you listen well enough.
Definitely can hear the sounder but not the keypad
There could be lots of reasons why the alarm is sounding.
It's usually something like the wind moving s decoration near\ in front of the motion sensor or it's a fault.
@@aminyamumsminge what kind of fault
Is it me or can you feel like someone is in the house
Like is you agree
It sounds like "WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW"
And the alarm at the beginning sounded like "wewewewewewewewewwewewewewewewewewewew"
Hmmm. Better call an expert to check that.
That is a Scantronic of some sort. Maybe a 9800+ or an old 9448+
Oh yeah, sounds like a 9448... I'd recognise that horrifying panel alarm anyday.
Alfie Woolard 9651
It sounds like a intellisense but is a scantronic
It’s a newer scantronic panel sound, so not an old 90s one, I’d say 9651 or newer 9800
Ahh I know why it's going off.
When you had the camera in the kitchen windows there is a cat flap so there must have been a cat that had come in and tripped the kitchen PIR because it sounded like an old scantronic control panel so there wouldn't have been pet immune PIRS installed.
Plus if a can did come through it definitely would of tripped because of how high the flap was its probably right in the PIRS sight.
:D
You can see a oven looking covered being half opened. So the cat would've broke in and switch on the PIR lights.

The problem is the outside siren is a siren and the inside one is a speaker. They need different amounts of power which is making the inside alarm sound so weird.
That is the standard alarm tone for a scantronic system, nothing wrong with its power.
Although I can see where you are coming from, as have seen a few cockups mainly from diyers who connect the likes of 12v sound bombs to the alarm panel speaker output, this will indeed make very weird alarm noise or worst case scenario blow the panel amplifier.
The alarm outside was just a burglar alarm from another old house just a block away from this one. The problem was just the one inside, a panel alarm
Who is they
Even though the outside siren is going, I'd say the alarm was a tamper.
Typical Scantronic, always playing up...
I think there is only one alarm going off in this house because that tiny alarm at the beginning was a burglar alarm from another old house just a block away at 0:15
The first alarm is the external bell box and the other one is the panel inside
It's such a coincidence because there is another house a block away with a normal alarm going off and with this haunted house having a broken panel box
And it can't be a bell box because it's having the digital electrical alarm, like any burglar alarm and it's not ringing like an old Red bell at schools
Great_Western 2020 the panel is a 90's panel and the bell box sounds like a 90's Novagard
Great_Western 2020 bells were most common in the 80's, piezo sirens came about in the early 90's so it was definitely the same system
Did anything fall off the walls or anything
Any clue what model the external siren is
Sounds like a Novagard
It’s a scantronics siren
@@JHZ_7908 just because the rest of the system is Scantronic, doesn’t mean that the bell box is Scantronic, it might be a Gardtec box or a Texecom or pyronix or something
It was mine we were on holiday
Did you know what caused your house to be triggered?
That sounds weird
Ok at least it’s off
What kind of alarm do you have?
that's a C&K Securitech panel
Really??? It sounded like a scantronic to me?
Yeah it’s a late 1990s to present Scantronic. Probably a 9x5x.
I know what alarm that is a dyfed Welsh alarm security
Wowwwww your house is so nice you must be so rich 😄😄
That's not his house. He lived near that place
Why or why this the noise inside sound like a screeching door opening and closing
It’s an old Scantronic alarm sound
SCANTRONIC WEE
0:44 is that a siren mounted to the ceiling?
No that is a light
