I just had it in my recommendations. Your comment gives me hope :D Edit: 1:40 min into the video and already a god sent Edit2: most informative zbrush video I have ever seen. I'm working very, veeery casually with zbrush for 7 years now. Thx for the video
Agree! That's what's missing on youtube. Small videos like this with visible results and not being too academic. For example, those of Michael Pavlovich. I'm not saying they are not important(I mean the academic ones, but those are more to look for when you forgot, like in a dictionary). But these kinds of exercises, like this one, are great, especially for beginners, because they feel like they're doing something and they have visible results.
finally a straight forward guide!!! thank you so much!!! all other hard surface guides are just a bunch of guides on how to create 12 polygroups into a tiny mesh
this is great!! learning Zbrush and came across this. creating flat planes for hard surface stuff has been a pain for me so far!! this looks like it'll help a lot!!
Instant subscribe :) I've been using hpolish on and off but never really understood how to get such good results until now. Those cutaway edges when sculpting on a perpendicular face drove me insane- I was sculpting entirely wrong! Thanks so much man :)
Super helpful! For a beginner and experienced modeller, this is by far the best way to beef up and refresh your zbrush expertise with these short and easy to digest bites.
This is such a useful video I kept scratching my head on how to achieve some of these results. I kept using the smooth brush to take care of those corners in 5:14 and I see now that that's what to avoid. Thanks.
Can’t believe I just found this. This is the most clear tutorial on how to use these brushes to create clear sharp edges! Thanks for the video!
You're very welcome, thanks for watching!

Hii would you mind uploading the original sculpt so that I can try to follow along? It would really help beginners . Thank you!!
Yep, that's a great idea, don't know why it didn't occur to me before. You can find the link in the description.
@@SeanForsythTutorials thank you love!
@@lunaedward6574 no worries, thanks for the suggestion!
Holding ALT while using the hpolish will allow it to pull up geometry to the plane of the polish.
Ah, sorry, was that not clear from the video?
@@SeanForsythTutorials yes it was clear in my opinion
