So I grew up in a Christian background back home in Africa. Went to church, read the Bible and prayed to Jesus to save me from my sins every day. Had my first spiritual awakening back in 2019, and many divine encounters and experiences since then. I can wholeheartedly confirm that these guys are sharing the truth hidden from the world.

Important to "unplug" your brain for 15-45 min's a day indeed. Commune with yourself, no worries, let thoughts come and go, focus on one thing in front of you if need be, scan your body to make sure it is totally relaxed, fill the belly with air as you breath-in through your nose, hold it, then out through the mouth - a good, simple basic meditation technique to start with. Use a timer if you want, in darkness is good too. Learn mantras or chant "oooohm" as you breathe in or out, all these things help over time to re-orient your mind and train your brain to be under your control again, not that of the lower animal nature that it's been led by most of your life. This part is crucial!

I awakened to this point almost 3 years ago and am still unraveling the mysteries of the mental state. Its a trip for sure. Not all sunshine and rainbows either. There are a LOT of adjustments the physical body goes through as everything shifts and it can be downright brutal at times. There have been many moments where I've had to sleep on a concrete floor in order to ground myself from the sensation of overwhelming electricity coursing through me. That shit aint fun. 😂 On the other hand, its like you understand the ways life flows on an instinctive level. Its not that you suddenly know everything, more like the pieces you DO know already, come together easier, without beliefs and doubts muddling the process. You see through the veil and fog of society and the ways people think. You see their suffering, you see their happiness. You see their thoughts in a way. You have this incredible compassion for every living thing, human and not, plant and animal. Life is life. There's no distinction between higher and lower forms. Its all life. But you also recognize that life sustains life in all its forms and that taking a life is simply a part of that process, be it plant OR animal. And so you respect it all the more. Im not vegan or vegetarian. I farm my own fruits and vegetables, I hunt and raise my own animals for my table. I respect all of their lives and deeply appreciate the nourishment they bring me. I live at one with my land, the way one should live with life. At this state, you love everyone and everything, but it doesn't stop you from doing what you must. Compassion means having boundaries and enforcing them. It means deeply knowing yourself and the world around you. Its a deep state of inner peace, even when events in life are difficult. Its also seeing the suffering of the world in an unfiltered manner. You see the choices and mindsets that cause us to bring suffering upon ourselves. And no matter how much you try to point it out, only perhaps one in a hundred can comprehend it, and even fewer truly GET it. And you just have to accept that and move on with your own life. THAT is compassion. Its a wonderful perspective to reach, but the journey to it is hellish and, even after reaching it, the journey is just beginning. Its one hell of a double edged sword that will take you to the brink of insanity and back.

I have personally met Jesus Christ. It was an extremely powerful instance of indescribable divine glory of Jesus Christ standing outside of me only a few metres away. I have had a deep love for humanity since I was a child, and I am very giving by nature. I cannot ground myself by walking in the grass as there are too many bugs. I have tried meditation and no matter what I do I fall asleep. I still do not understand how to go deep into my consciousness and what am I looking for. I'm the same, conventional meditation has never worked for me. Just do whatever you find relaxing, don't try and stop yourself from thinking. Just let your thoughts flow, recognise them and let them go. If a particular thought interests you then think on it a little deeper. It's only once you've worked through all these thoughts that you will find the silence. If you're having trouble accessing your consciousness I would highly recommend Light Language videos. It might sound a little crazy at first but they've helped me so much. I don't know if it's the same in your case but I was told falling asleep in a meditation state is a sign that your body is healing physically. The spiritual energy you are using is making you tired physically. So maybe you are doing meditation exactly how you should be. The fact you are making the effort to look deeper into yourself means you are already further along the path than you might think and I know you'll get to where you need to be

If most people knew that the scriptures they call the Bible is not unique. As a Bible Scholar student, I have learned that there is a lot of parallels between Hebrews and that of the ancient world of Summeria, and Babylon and other ancient cultures. The writers of the Gospel were very aware of their surroundings and traditions. Jesus said in the book of John that we are to become one with him, as he was one with the Father.

Use a timer if you want, in darkness is good too. Learn mantras or chant "oooohm" as you breathe in or out, all these things help over time to re-orient your mind and train your brain to be under your control again, not that of the lower animal nature that it's been led by most of your life. This part is crucial!

I awakened to this point almost 3 years ago and am still unraveling the mysteries of the mental state.
Its a trip for sure. Not all sunshine and rainbows either. There are a LOT of adjustments the physical body goes through as everything shifts and it can be downright brutal at times. There have been many moments where I've had to sleep on a concrete floor in order to ground myself from the sensation of overwhelming electricity coursing through me. That shit aint fun. 😂
On the other hand, its like you understand the ways life flows on an instinctive level. Its not that you suddenly know everything, more like the pieces you DO know already, come together easier, without beliefs and doubts muddling the process. You see through the veil and fog of society and the ways people think. You see their suffering, you see their happiness. You see their thoughts in a way.
You have this incredible compassion for every living thing, human and not, plant and animal. Life is life. There's no distinction between higher and lower forms. Its all life.
But you also recognize that life sustains life in all its forms and that taking a life is simply a part of that process, be it plant OR animal. And so you respect it all the more.
Im not vegan or vegetarian. I farm my own fruits and vegetables, I hunt and raise my own animals for my table. I respect all of their lives and deeply appreciate the nourishment they bring me. I live at one with my land, the way one should live with life.
At this state, you love everyone and everything, but it doesn't stop you from doing what you must. Compassion means having boundaries and enforcing them.
It means deeply knowing yourself and the world around you.
Its a deep state of inner peace, even when events in life are difficult.
Its also seeing the suffering of the world in an unfiltered manner. You see the choices and mindsets that cause us to bring suffering upon ourselves. And no matter how much you try to point it out, only perhaps one in a hundred can comprehend it, and even fewer truly GET it.
And you just have to accept that and move on with your own life.
THAT is compassion.
Its a wonderful perspective to reach, but the journey to it is hellish and, even after reaching it, the journey is just beginning.
Its one hell of a double edged sword that will take you to the brink of insanity and back.

Our Christ self is our goal. I heard there were many and with different missions like all of us. I have had a deep love for humanity since I was a child, and I am very giving by nature. I cannot ground myself by walking in the grass as there are too many bugs. I have tried meditation and no matter what I do I fall asleep. I still do not understand how to go deep into my consciousness and what am I looking for. I have a total deep love for Prime Creator, Sananda, Archangels and the benevolent, GFL. I am that I am. Blessings, love and joy to you.
I'm the same, conventional meditation has never worked for me. Just do whatever you find relaxing, don't try and stop yourself from thinking. Just let your thoughts flow, recognise them and let them go. If a particular thought interests you then think on it a little deeper. It's only once you've worked through all these thoughts that you will find the silence. If you're having trouble accessing your consciousness I would highly recommend Light Language videos. It might sound a little crazy at first but they've helped me so much. I don't know if it's the same in your case but I was told falling asleep in a meditation state is a sign that your body is healing physically. The spiritual energy you are using is making you tired physically. So maybe you are doing meditation exactly how you should be. The fact you are making the effort to look deeper into yourself means you are already further along the path than you might think and I know you'll get to where you need to be

@@Trevcalvert It's not a direct truth, but constantly eating meat can have a dense effect on you and make some of the yogas difficult. It's good as Ahimsa also but it's not a strict requirement. I wouldn't recommend carnivore though because despite Peterson going down that road eating predominately meat is too dense. It's very Tamasic and Rajasic which makes most people imbalanced.

If most people knew that the scriptures they call the Bible is not unique. As a Bible Scholar student, I have learned that there is a lot of parallels between Hebrews and that of the ancient world of Summeria, and Babylon and other ancient cultures. The writers of the Gospel were very aware of their surroundings and traditions. Jesus said in the book of John that we are to become one with him, as he was one with the Father.
And, by becoming one with something aside from our self, does that make us a slave or nonexistent or merely a tool?
