Love following your hotel reviews. This hotel room looks nice & spacious! The breakfast spread is wide. Insya'Allah, will book accommodation at this hotel with breakfast if I do go to Penang.
How about your recommendation for hotel stays in JB, Malacca, Langkawi, Kuching & Sabah. I had been to Pulau Pangkor but the island does not seem to offer much in terms of interesting places apart from sales of dried fish products etc.
I personally didnt enjoy my trip to pangkor too🤪 for Jb i like Renaissance, Melaka i use to like Equatorial but its closed n Hatten but Hatten doesn’t offer good svc as it was before. Well for langkawi obly the High ends hotel were good u can find my reviews for those hotels. Sabah allways Shangrila is the best.
Thanks Sha for your hotel recommendations! Decades ago I stayed at Pangkor Teluk Dalam Resort (where Scenario filmed a movie). It was the worst hotel stay in terms of food served for breakfast & lunch as well as very poor service from staff. Understand that the hotel is no longer operating. In Malacca, I used to stay at Equatorial but I understand that Hatten Hotel is popular with tourists but didn't know that their service standard has dropped.
