for those who are wondering (probably none) why its only 560+ L/H in actual compared to 2000L/H on Box. its because theres a vertical movement of water against gravity. 2000L/H would be the rate if your moving water below its surface. as you move water above surface you reduce the 2000L/H rating. for this Pump it says 2000L / H and 1.6m H.. Theoretically. if you move water 1.6m above surface of water where the pump is, your rate would be 0 L/H @ 1.6m above.. The question is can these pump really reach their rated Heads (1.6m for this A2000)..
Oh Rio + Series. Hello DK, usually I go for the Rio HF series submersible pumps. But I'll include that on my list of to-do-videos. We'll try to find out why many prefer the Rio HF Series over that Rio + Series.

I've been using this sub pump for almost 3 yrs, Im not impress because of its flow rate, but I'm impress with the accurate wattage reading I thought it's hight on the indicated with the box. (I don't have tool for watt reading) 🤣 thanks for this videos bro, more pls 😊👌

Hello Gerlie, designed itong mga unit na ito na nakalubog sa tubig kapag naka-ON. Actually if i-On mo ito ng hindi naka lubog sa tubig that's the time na magkakaproblema.
You have to open the unit, slide open the screen cover to expose the main motor unit. Then from there, there's a washer type bushing you'll have to unscrew, very easily done once you see it. Once the bushing is pulled out you may then remove the impeller for cleaning. Very simple to do bro.
You are correct Mark, the hose length and inner diameter plays a big role in the flow rate. For the continuing reviews that I'll be making for other 2,000 liters per hour submersible pumps, this same hose will be standard for all test that I'll be working on. So we can have comparable result. So you'll see more of this blue spiral hose in the coming 2,000 liters per hour submersibles and power heads that I'll be reviewing. The hoses on the 3,000 & 4,000 liters per hour submersible pumps are different. They are larger and longer to suit the higher flow rate setup.

I see, rainy season pa naman. Pwede ito sa purpose niyo pero need niyo lagyan ito ng maganda screen or harang para sigurado walang babara sa loob ng unit. For aquarium water lang kasi main use neto. If ever may bumara ng kaunti masisira agad ito kasi plastic lang laman neto sa loob. Ingat rin po sa wiring connections. Nasa 1.5 meters only yung wiring cable neto. Before po i-On/plug ang unit dapat naka lubog na ito sa tubig.
Dipende sa set-up mo Miel. Ilang liters pond mo? Saan yung tapon ng water from the submersible pump - papuntang waterfall falls ba, papuntang filters. If sa brands naman ang bias ko towards Periha, Rio, NEU Aqua, Hailea, Resun. Yan mga recommended brands ko.
Common sa mga Aquaspeed A**** Series yung sumpong na kapag ayaw umandar, alugin mo yung unit sabay ng pag plug then unplug then plug ulit. 50-50 naandar pa rin yung unit. If andyan na sa stage na yan yung A2000 mo, hindi na reliable yung unit. Need na ng replacement asap.

Thanks for doing this video. I knew it was too good to be true that a 13W pump could reach 2000 LPH, when most other pumps usually need 18-20W just to get to 1000 LPH. With the proper set-up you can use this A2000, although this will be a little strong. But if your setup is a top filter I will recommend the Aquaspeed A1100.

@@bunnydiecasts9960 the set-up on the top filter, the flow of water between chambers that's the only area of concern. But as long as you don't have a clogged wool or don't use a wool then it'll be fine.
@@bunnydiecasts9960 the separators between chambers, find a way to enable a faster flow. So you'll have to observe your set-up well. I'm sure you'll spot a solution if the overflow does indeed happen. It's a simple DIY that could involve drilling of holes or trimming of separators.
That's quite a tall height. I'll need more information though, like what is the total water volume of the pond you will be using this particular pump. Also will the pump be carrying water to the filters or to a waterfall set-up. Let me know LINE.
