Did safari in South Luwanga in 2007. Our jeep was charged by an elephant whilst broken down and was pushed onto it's side. Quite stressful1! But even with that a great experience which I will never forget.
Hi Juba. Wow am I glad I came across your overlanding vids. Thought I was going to be stuck between the Ozzies and the States for nice, relaxing and inspiring wilderness travel. content.
Thanking you ever so much, one of your finest i have watched thinking wil have to put south Lunwangwasp?on my bucket list oh the backround music truely complimented it.
Amazing video. I just wondered which camp is better Croc or Wildlife, I have doubt what to book for July? What is your recommendation? What about road conditions to Luangwa, ho much km is dirty road?
Hi Juba. Thanks for sharing all your great videos. We are planning to do Lower Zambezi around Mvuu area in 2024. I would appreciate any proposals on camping sites and areas to visit. We like it rough (typical Mana pools style) where there is not a lot of people Thanks again
Hi Valerie. I have also been in lockdown for almost 2 months now. This video was captured last year. At least the lockdown is giving me time to produce some videos. Stay safe
Ah Juba, I missed your movies. And this week in that most wonderful of places, South Luangwa. I am baffled by Zambia's policy of not allowing camping in the Parks. South Luangwa was very expensive and to go in every day is prohibitive. But it is a paradise isn't it? We also stayed at Wildlife Camp in 2013, in fact at the very "afdak" you were at. One night we saw a leopard there and during another night saw a lion. Wildlife Camp indeed. Thank you for this lovely video - always great content and skills. I trust you are safe and well in the Lockdown.
Ah Grant thanks for sharing your story. I must say it is expensive, we were there for 8 days but only went into the park for 3 days. I would go back just to camp at Wildlife Camp. Stay safe
We did do a self-drive, but we found it worth going on the game drive as the guides share some valuable insights as they know the park much better. Also you cannot do a self drive at night. I must say the guided game drives in South Luangwa is worth it!
Zambia looks SUPERB, with plenty of Wildlife and Nature. Thanks for "taking" us with you...🤠
Yes Zambia is superb!

Love your editing style. Your films are not good for the wander lust!!! Beautiful scenes!!!
Thanks Gary!
Agree. This team of travellers really takes the time to show you what is happening around them.
What was the reason you went on the safari truck instead of self-driving?
