It's insane to see how a darker side of my favourite game came to be. I used to be a cheater until I got banned on Hypixel over 5 years ago because I didn't know what I was doing. I have regret every time that I have cheated and have wanted to learn cheats to combat against them.
It was pretty fun hacking on hypixel though. I used to buy cheap accounts and start playing from legit, to mild cheating all the way to blatant to see how far I could go and how much I could piss off an entire lobby. I was able to play on an account blatantly cheating (flying, kill aura, reach etc.) for almost half a year before I got banned.
@@brodemfamalam7178 Eh, it's fun. I never went out of my way to ruin other peoples fun though, mostly just flying around and taunting them. Or building scaffolds really fast between all the islands.

14:37 I know this video is two years old at this point, but I feel like a better example for how far hacked clients have come would be Baritone, or literal AI pathfinding through mazes and complex structures in milliseconds, rather than just the number of features they have now.
Before i had legal minecraft years ago i used to play on cracked servers with hacks my favorite client was huzuki? I think it was called, good times...
I kinda missed you mentioning LiquidBounce in the end. It gained popularity during 2016 and 2017 as it was one of the best (free) clients in terms of bypassing anticheats, especially AAC which is a German anticheat that was used by the secound largest server in the world at that time. Sadly, its creator doesn't have that much time as of now and it barely bypasses on newer anticheats without using extensions made by the community.
In the early days of pocket edition there was an interesting cheat on a survival games server (lifeboat) where you were able to locally go into creative (you would still be killable and couldn't spawn ANYTHING). You could fly of course but also for whatever reason only on armor and tools you could overwrite them with whatever you please, provided it was the same kind of item (ex leather chest plate to diamond, same with swords, other armor, pickaxes, etc). Later on when enchanting was added you could force enchant items too. Even further when potions were added you could force potion effects for a brief time. This only ever worked on lifeboat survival games from my experience.
I played around with Derrick on tekkit classic to grief, the server owner decided to replace all the staff, made it pay to win beyond belief and ruined the server for everyone.
Ultimate anticheat: Only let people with vanilla clients to join the server the same way you can't log in into servers with old versions. If that doesn't work, make the server detect if they are using anything else than vanilla and kick them
That wouldn't work that well even on clients like lunar you can still hack on the server. You could even use something like vape lite which isn't a client
I love playing on anarchy servers, but impact client gets way too much reputation for baritone. It is only an integration and isn't developed by them. They added a gui integration for the click gui. That's it. There are many other clients with baritone and you can download baritone itself without hacked client as a mod. I personally use inertia client for anarchy (formerly wwe client before dmca takedown)
I used to play minecraft 's fullpvp servers, and I always hated that hackers could just kill me and get away with it so I was like "Imma install hacks to kills hacks"
The fact that so many people have put so much time into cheating at minecraft is the saddest thing I've heard all day and I work at an art school for deaf, blind, paralyzed toddlers.
Nice video! But you missed a few popular cheats to this day. You primarily focused on clients which are commonly used on anarchy servers, while mostly ignored the ones for large servers.
Oh man I remember using Nodus. You forgot one thing about it tho. I remember there used to be a glitch in Nodus that allowed you to also duplicate items.

@@carlangelo653 hacking isn’t good. First of all it ruins other people’s experience and it means you’re bad.
@@brodemfamalam7178 Eh, it's fun. I never went out of my way to ruin other peoples fun though, mostly just flying around and taunting them. Or building scaffolds really fast between all the islands.
:/ When I saw this I felt deja vu, then I realized sipover recently covered the history of Minecraft hacks as well!
very nice, and as they say:

I know this video is two years old at this point, but I feel like a better example for how far hacked clients have come would be Baritone, or literal AI pathfinding through mazes and complex structures in milliseconds, rather than just the number of features they have now.
"They should teach this in school"
Before i had legal minecraft years ago i used to play on cracked servers with hacks my favorite client was huzuki? I think it was called, good times...
Wait, wasn't something like this uploaded by another person not too long ago?
Yep, but mine is different as I focussed on the history, but it's just unfortunate timing as i was already half done with mine when his released
@@TheMisterEpic Oh, I understand. Sorry to hear about the horrible timing...
As an OG hacker since 2014 I have to say this video hasnt mentioned all important events happening. Although its a good video, keep up the work!
SPAGHETTI CODE!!!!
Hahaha true
the src of wurst is painful to look at
I kinda missed you mentioning LiquidBounce in the end. It gained popularity during 2016 and 2017 as it was one of the best (free) clients in terms of bypassing anticheats, especially AAC which is a German anticheat that was used by the secound largest server in the world at that time. Sadly, its creator doesn't have that much time as of now and it barely bypasses on newer anticheats without using extensions made by the community.
hack is kinda usefull for the developer tho, so they know that their game anti cheat are weak lololol
your name is redstone576 relax buddy lmao

Mojang shouldn't make anti cheats
that's modders job
just magine being kicked from your own world lmao
Jello Sigma 5 is another notable one because it was 5 years in the making and has so many features and modules!

Found you at 25k, and gotta say, even from then you have improved to become one of my favorite youtubers!! Keep up the amazing content!
Impact is now falling behind on features. It has bad elytrafly, bad crystal aura no hole esp etc. Kami Blue is the best free client for me
LOL kami jew
I remember being banned for banning someone with a hacked client like 5 years ago.
Lol
I've got tons more similar stories, was mad at the time but I find it hilarious nowadays
It's somewhat prophetic that the first hacked client was made because someone wanted to steal their friend's diamonds.
You should do a video on the xbox 360/legecy console editions of Minecraft. I think that would be quite cool.
Love your videos, keep up the good work.
I played around with Derrick on tekkit classic to grief, the server owner decided to replace all the staff, made it pay to win beyond belief and ruined the server for everyone.
2:39 this is still a thing on bedrock
Ultimate anticheat:
Only let people with vanilla clients to join the server the same way you can't log in into servers with old versions.
I used to play minecraft 's fullpvp servers, and I always hated that hackers could just kill me and get away with it
so I was like "Imma install hacks to kills hacks"
The fact that so many people have put so much time into cheating at minecraft is the saddest thing I've heard all day and I work at an art school for deaf, blind, paralyzed toddlers.
Nice video! But you missed a few popular cheats to this day. You primarily focused on clients which are commonly used on anarchy servers, while mostly ignored the ones for large servers.
I'm subbed since this channel started
Thanks man I really wanted a video like this
"if you hack, you will be banned"
hypixel bhoppers: is that a challenge?
Oh man I remember using Nodus. You forgot one thing about it tho. I remember there used to be a glitch in Nodus that allowed you to also duplicate items.
0:01 the giant hell brick in the sky and sign saying "Ave In nomine gloriosa satan". I immediacy recognize it from the AVO ChoasCraft vid lol
Think you could post the whole chat you had with Sirenfal somewhere? I'd love to hear more of that story!
Love the vids. I would love to see a second channel where you post outtakes of videos, funny stuff that happens when you play games, etc. I think it’d be great and fun too watch
