Voidwaker is way more consistent and better than wasting a spec on a bgs you kill it so fast in this gear anyhow the voidwaker can crank out 85s or 87s in this gear I use the same setup but use mace instead of arclight and use vw instead of bgs good guide still tho thanks for it! Nope! When you convert a max cape into something like the fire max cape, assembler cape, god cape, etc, it just takes on the role of the cape the max cape was combined with. Only the true max cape (red) retains all it's original features.
If youre still stuck in mid game, Fang is the most stress free weapon to use. No need to farm arclight shards, no need to bring spec weapon saving 2 invent spots for more pots for trip extension. Spectral shield honestly isnt worth it unless youre camping her for a minimum 1k kc. The GE tax of buying and reselling is equivalent to about 80 ppots, and you save a bit over 1 dose of a pot per kill and dps loss from not having a defender is pretty noticeable.
This is a 45-50 kill per hour guide. So yes, for this guide you need max gear. I also have a Cerberus guide for beginners which has other recommendations in it.

Some people don't wanna sink 100m of supplies and weeks sending 1-2 hour attempts to learn just for a +4 str bonus. It's really only worth it for the most efficient and hard-core players who do nothing but raids.

No because it is only lowering defense levels not defense resistances.
