At 5:10, you discuss a good 8 point hand and you talk about a 5 card suit and an "8 level." I'm not sure what you mean by either. You don't need a 5 card suit to bid 2NT.

Board 11, with 2 four card majors, opener rebids 2H, responder 3NT with 11 HCP. If responder only had 8 points should they bid 3S?
with an invitational hand and 5card or 6card major, is it reasonable to use stayman and then bid the major if your partner does not play transfers?
