- The best carnival beach party in the world is in Rio de Janeiro, on Leblon beach. I don't need to write much to explain this, you can see it in the video. Not even on a day when the sun wasn't so present did people crowd the beach to celebrate the carnival party in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Street blocks are still not allowed due to covid restriction, but you know, people go out of their way for a little revelry.

The energy and joy on Leblon beach during the Rio carnival is truly infectious! Despite the restrictions, the beach is overflowing with vibrant colors and music, moving us all to celebrate life and dance the night away! Great job on the video!
