The video explains why but after sitting in 71 to 81 degrees temperature in January for 2 weeks, coming back to 30 degrees in Ohio will feel like torture even for them.
Yes we have dispatcher...what kind of question is that?? Our 911 operations center does not work in the respective agencies FIRE EMS POLICE....we work under Emergency management VITEMA...we dispatch for all agencies they dont dispatch their own...so With more than half of our dispatchers out sick yes we appreciate the help from TERT!! Thanks for your concern tho
