I was impressed with your video of this install. However, you should go back and caulk the edges before you get water damage to that whole area, if you haven't already had water damage.

Don't forget the solid plastic door, we forgot to close it one night and woke up with a skunk in our sunroom eating dog food. Not a pleasant experience, we will never forget that again.

Nice. Yeah, Utah is pretty dry so we haven’t had any issues. However, if you are in an area with high humidity caulking around the edges is a good idea.

I would probably put a bead of silicone on the outside inter part to keep rain etc out.

There's so much blood! And without any caulking it's gonna cause a moisture issue. A bloody moisture issue. 😬
