Must Be in Gameplay mode not Conquest and if you have a teammate they must leave with you So fast travel to another Biv and Fast Travel back

They should respawn if you are playing solo if CO-OP be sure everyone is fast traveling together

enemy drops are related to your Gear Score they averaged about your GS the higher your GS the higher the enemy and the drops GS & Quality will be

I play Regular mode I think in immersive you have only 1 its very easy switch the mode and you can adjust all the settings later
