I researched this game during its release but between then and now it seems that Ubisoft have given players every single thing they asked for. It’s like the most customisable game I’ve ever seen! There’s a decent amount of hate for Ubisoft but they seem to stick with their games after release.
By June I think they are adding sooooo many guns and different clothing , camos and cool options on this game that's my huge hunch maybe I'm on to something 😂.
The 416 is a solid platform. I run it with my med class, I also like the ARX200 for raw power in my tanky assault class. My absolute go to weapon is the VHSD2, Accurate, great mobility, and a fantastic rate of fire if I need to mag dump. Recoil is non-existent in single but full auto takes a little compensation. No other gun feels as good as my VHSD2.
Surprised Silver Stake wasn't voted in the top 5, been my favorite AR since I got it. The OG raid weapon, even after its perk was nerfed it still rocks.
Just got the game recently on sale I’m enjoying it very much and this video kind of helped me see the better guns in the game from a experienced players POV but I’m still experimenting with the guns I get from all the drops. Once again appreciate the content definitely gonna sub and see some more videos
Mario, these guns in the video are great, no doubt, but it's mostly personal preference. Like you might think the famas is better or the G36c might be better. For me most of the guns here are some of the best in the game. I use a A2 shorty, a honey badger, "the promise" .45ACP, with a recon A-1 or a G28. As a change up I also use a 416, k-15 or M41A

Not sure about that AUG, but the AUG Scout is extremely awful. Bullets fly out like bug spray, even on burst mode. Right now, I'm running with the M4A1 Scout, the only M4A1 that is, some reason, listed as an DMR. That thing is a laser.
nice list, after a long break ive just re downloaded the game. Another great weapon which i think is quite under rated is the M4A1 Tactical, with the built in supressor and burst shot active it becomes a very clean rifle
Interesting top 5 ASR’s. All ranked where I figured they would which is good. The 416 is a good all rounder and it’s always reliable. Was the 553 just outside the top 5 because for me that could have been equal 4th with the M4A1? Anyway, take care .
Barrel on the sc-40 is actually quite long. Where the magazine feeds in is the bolt carrier so essentially the barrel starts back there. Good thing about bullpups long barrels small package.

Bullpup rifles like the SC40K, Tavor, F1, AUG, etc actually have longer barrels in some cases than other traditional rifles given their design being made to boast a nice compact package for sometimes a 16 or even 18 inch barrel.

I’m really enjoying this and the DMR video. I just recently hit level 250-252 and I’m starting to use weapons out of my comfort zone because of these choices. There’s so many weapons in this game. I’m used to The Division 2 where u stick with an exotic or God roll and that’s it. Also is there a way to power level a co-op friend?
you are a rare breed now bud you actually use gear score, hardly anyone does anymore. i much prefer the game without it to be honest but each to their own of course.

I’ll eventually switch modes but for now I use the extra weapons that I pick up for credits and materials to upgrade weapons. My buddy that I play co-op with are both still new to this game and series. Also kind of cool that the Devs let you play either way.
I personally like the 416 with extended mags, under barrel shotgun. When combined with your sniper and pistol, you have all ranges covered. The shotgun holds a lot of ammo and is semi auto.
@@romans_1202 it does ok for being an attachment, the nice thing about it is if you run out of ammo or need to reload its just a click away and does more damage then pulling out your pistol. It's completely worth it. I have used all the under barrels and I feel it's the most useful. It also makes your gun complete.
i must admit the ACR (both of them)are the best sounding ASR in this game i’ve tried especially un-suppressed It’s also got great attributes ( ive not tried all of them)

They need to unlock all the weapons and fix that koblin problem. I think the 416 is nice but it doesn't fire fast enough in single fire for my liking. I run it sometimes but most guns i just run for aesthetics anymore. Lol i should be in that delta squad i have an embarrassing number of hours in this game. 😂 I'm over 1,000 hours in it. And about 28 minutes in pvp.

People probably won't believe this the ak74 wirh the right parts. Is a laser beam. Range, handing, recoil non-existent.. don't listen to the stats. Put a short barrel on there.
Hi mate was on breakpoint this morning you know when you sed any iseas about the game what about flairs on helicopters so missile strikes won't hit you think that would be good mate
No way, the best rifle is the AXR200. Every time I try another assault rifle I have to go back to this one, the magazine holds 50 rounds, and it seems to be the strongest out of the bunch for what it is especially if you set it and single fire mode
I have used the AXR200 a lot and love it. It used to be the HIGHEST damage of any AR in the game with 37 DMG, but the MK17 now has the highest at 42 DMG, but the RPM on the MK17 is terrible at 550!! The AXR200 RPM is better at 680. The letters that Ubisoft uses for the weapons are DUMB, because they are using "3" letters I guess: ASR instead of AR, STG instead of SG, HSG for Handgun/Pistol instead of HG, etc.?? However, there are others guns I like a lot too. Lately I have been playing A LOT with SMGs. My favorites are the Bullpup PDR and the Honey Badger, not the Honey Badger Brown. If you compare those two the Bullpup & the Honey Badger the stats are identical, with the same talents. 😀

abit late to this game but having a lot of fun one question whats the point in upgrading or buying a gun when it will be literally 10 minutes before you find a better one? is there a way to keep your favourite gun and upgrade its level to the same as your character?
I wish the Firearms were based a little bit more in reality with like what's better recoil things like that 556 is not more recoil than a bigger caliber so that's a little irritating or like what makes a raid gun a raid gun versus the mk18 you can get I understand it's a video game though
I've spent hundreds of hours with each of those weapons, but my current go to is the ARX200. Packs a heck of a punch with 37 damage and has a slightly slower fire rate like the 416 which keeps me from blowing through mags. I don't know why ARX200 doesn't get more love, maybe because it's so unfamiliar or maybe because it's ugly AF?
I didn't really know where to comment this, but I think they should add where you can spawn enemy A.I and have a certain mood for them like Patrol, Search, or attack. And have numbers on how many you would want to spawn and what vehicles you want them to spawn in. This would be good if you take on a base when you're in a military simulation and enemy hostiles come to the captured base to kill you and retake it. Basically this would be a menu to do this like Arma 3 where you can spawn A.I. There's other ways to use this as well.
Before the video starts, I just wanna list my personal ranking and see how they compare. 5. VHS-2 4. 516 3. SCAR-17 2. 416 1. M4A1 (I love the firerate) and 4AC
Here is my off topic idea for the next ghost recon game. We all know that helicopters are the most efficient method of transportation in the game and are often needed given the size of the maps. We also can all agree that the spawning helicopters system from wildlands and even the spawning helicopters at bivuacs in breakpoint can break the immersion. So here is my idea- Like in wildlands utilize the order wheel to call in a helicopter pickup, a helicopter flown by a computer character (whether rebel, or another ghost operating from your base of operations, or whoever your in world teammates are) will come and pick you up and carry you to your marker on the tacmap. At this point you can manually control assent and dessent allowing you to land the helicopter, parachute out, or the much requested feature of fast rope out. This helps to fix the immersion breaking of having a helicopter just show up out of nowhere while also giving the community the much requested feature of fast roping. You can still take helicopters from your base, still fly helicopters that you find in the world, or even have a system where you can fly the helicopter flown in to you. What are yall's thoughts on this??

okay how is the arx200 not even on the list, I've used all the list asr and not one is as good overall as the arx200. It's the most balanced asr, you can snipe with it with ease up 250 and even make shoots up to 350 with slightly less accuracy, does more damage then half the dmrs, great rate of fire, min recoil as long as you don't just hold full auto and even then it is not bad, great mag capacity, and even looks cool. Its my #1, yet its #5 being beat by asr that I even find suck as a whole.
If I could use only one weapon, it would be the base M4A1 with 100-round mag. Highest ROF of assault rifles and really good if you max ASR mastery and canget one with +Accuracy/Range bonus.
How does the SC40 compare with the M4A1? I'm going for 1 gun like you said and I don't know what to buy. I play immersive Echelon class with no teammates. Thanks for your help😊✌️
@@Gordon87Gekko I recall one of the SC weapons, 20 or 40 had really good range accuracy, but if you like capacity, only a few ASR can use the 100-round mag. Since my last post, however, I've found the 4-AC to be my favorite, especially if you can get a gold one with +Accuracy/Range and max the ASR Mastery. Then you will have a 100-round laser.
I find it kinda hard to understand why Ubisoft devs opted for using that kind of 100rd mag instead of the drum model. That big banana is ugly as hell... hahahaha...
Ugh. those extended mags look so stupid. It's not like reloading is a big deal in this game... you can throw any of these guns into single fire, and not only experience a noticeable increase in practical accuracy (because you're no longer spraying and praying) but you'll also conserve ammo to the point where (if you have all the necessary passives) you'll never run out of ammo unless you are intentionally trying to do so. The extended mag equipped in this video is just further proof of how far away from "tactical" and "realism" Ghost Recon has gotten... *NOBODY* uses extended mags like that in combat. Period.
I dont even have friends who are playing this game. One of my friends tried yet when it was initially launched . He says he has no motivation left to come back and play this game. Phew ..
Why is your intro music so LOUD?? It almost blew my eardrums out. For me I have to turn my sound up most of the time and this video was no different. The music was really loud but your voice was really low. I watched other videos of this TOP FIVE series and so far one the ASR top 5 was only one with your voice volume low. My goto ASR is the TAVOR Assault and I haven't found a ASR in the game that i think is better. Its Accuracy and Handling are unmatched and has great Range also not to mention for room clearance its second to none due to its high rate of fire especially when paired with a 50 round Mag and the Digital Scope. I do find it funny though that four of the the five ASR's here are AR-15 based and while I do have a KOBLIN and think its a great weapon, I mostly use it against Drones when raiding and stick to the TAVOR again human enemies.
@@peowolf6601 it's my favourite ASR in the game. I tend to use it or a Scorpion SMG paired with MSR for sniping even though I use a Digital Scope on both my TAVOR and Scorpion.
I just played all my 6 free hours and ofc i had to at least obtain the most iconic gun, AK47. But geez it was guarded, but its not THAT good so why do you think they made it so hard to get?
So I'm new to the game, only got like 5 hours in and i have a question about the weapon stats that i want clarification on. As far as the Recoil stat goes is the higher it is the less recoil or more ? Seems to me that the higher it is the more recoil the weapon has but idk

Went from running the ak74 to the 416, which was a bit of a downgrade, but more recently I found a good bullpup and that’s been my main for a while. Stock, it completely outperformed an almost mk3 416. I’ll reply with the name in a few hours when I get home. Generally I don’t like most bullpups just for how they look but the stats and the beautiful unsuppressed sound makes me overlook that small detail.

I think weapon wise it depends in your own playstyle and Personal preference. Personally i like to play with the 4-AC and the K1A. After that i like to stick with the koblin. But i have to say that i play almost always on single shot. I also prefer the honey badger and it is as we all know not an assault rifle. For all the beginners out there: Experiment with all the weapons and use whatever you feel comfortable with. Every weapon has its pro's and con's. Just use whatever feels good using it.
Thats why i said that it depends in personal preference and playstile. For example: Usually i play single shot with ar and smg. Yesterday a friend asked me, if i ever tried the ump cqc and i answered with no. So he told me to try it and it is the first gun in the entire game that i play full auto because i enjoy using it this way.
For one shot gaming i prefer the 416 Scout. It‘s awesome for sneaking, I think. I love it. What is your favourite weapon for PvP? I can't really decide.

@@BulletCatcherGaming it hits like a truck has basically no recoil with the right attachments even with out ar/lmg mastery it has 31 base dmg (i believe) and if you use the lmg version it already has a 50 round mag plus its British anything British is good

How the ARX200 didn't make this list, I have no idea. If range and accuracy are at the top of your list, given they're the entire point of a firearm... there simply is no substitute. The recoil is a shade high... but it's perfect. Once you get used to the recoil, it's literally a 2-round auto tap kill on nearly everything within 250 meters, and functions well as a DMR to 400/450 meters in semi-auto.

I use gear levels when farming for skreds and the raid, I'm just not a fan of the sheer amount of guns you get while playing with it on.

Replace the Extended Mags with the 100 Round Mags it becomes a laser beam

Imo the best weapons are simply the ones that you like its audio the most. Personally I like the MK17 Assault even if the recoil is ridiculous😂

i must admit the ACR (both of them)are the best sounding ASR in this game i’ve tried especially un-suppressed It’s also got great attributes ( ive not tried all of them)

For me the FAMAS (G2) is the most broken gun in the game hands down fully upgraded + on burst mode. Beyond broken and its so satisfying to use

They need to unlock all the weapons and fix that koblin problem. I think the 416 is nice but it doesn't fire fast enough in single fire for my liking. I run it sometimes but most guns i just run for aesthetics anymore. Lol i should be in that delta squad i have an embarrassing number of hours in this game. 😂 I'm over 1,000 hours in it. And about 28 minutes in pvp.

People probably won't believe this the ak74 wirh the right parts. Is a laser beam. Range, handing, recoil non-existent.. don't listen to the stats. Put a short barrel on there.

No way, the best rifle is the AXR200. Every time I try another assault rifle I have to go back to this one, the magazine holds 50 rounds, and it seems to be the strongest out of the bunch for what it is especially if you set it and single fire mode
I have used the AXR200 a lot and love it. It used to be the HIGHEST damage of any AR in the game with 37 DMG, but the MK17 now has the highest at 42 DMG, but the RPM on the MK17 is terrible at 550!! The AXR200 RPM is better at 680.
The letters that Ubisoft uses for the weapons are DUMB, because they are using "3" letters I guess: ASR instead of AR, STG instead of SG, HSG for Handgun/Pistol instead of HG, etc.??
However, there are others guns I like a lot too. Lately I have been playing A LOT with SMGs. My favorites are the Bullpup PDR and the Honey Badger, not the Honey Badger Brown. If you compare those two the Bullpup & the Honey Badger the stats are identical, with the same talents. 😀
I really hope they add hk417 in the next update!

abit late to this game but having a lot of fun one question whats the point in upgrading or buying a gun when it will be literally 10 minutes before you find a better one? is there a way to keep your favourite gun and upgrade its level to the same as your character?

I wish the Firearms were based a little bit more in reality with like what's better recoil things like that 556 is not more recoil than a bigger caliber so that's a little irritating or like what makes a raid gun a raid gun versus the mk18 you can get I understand it's a video game though
I've spent hundreds of hours with each of those weapons, but my current go to is the ARX200. Packs a heck of a punch with 37 damage and has a slightly slower fire rate like the 416 which keeps me from blowing through mags. I don't know why ARX200 doesn't get more love, maybe because it's so unfamiliar or maybe because it's ugly AF?
I hate that they put some of these weapons behind RAIDS. As a solo player I found this really disappointing.
I didn't really know where to comment this, but I think they should add where you can spawn enemy A.I and have a certain mood for them like Patrol, Search, or attack. And have numbers on how many you would want to spawn and what vehicles you want them to spawn in. This would be good if you take on a base when you're in a military simulation and enemy hostiles come to the captured base to kill you and retake it. Basically this would be a menu to do this like Arma 3 where you can spawn A.I. There's other ways to use this as well.

Here is my off topic idea for the next ghost recon game.
We all know that helicopters are the most efficient method of transportation in the game and are often needed given the size of the maps. We also can all agree that the spawning helicopters system from wildlands and even the spawning helicopters at bivuacs in breakpoint can break the immersion. So here is my idea-
Like in wildlands utilize the order wheel to call in a helicopter pickup, a helicopter flown by a computer character (whether rebel, or another ghost operating from your base of operations, or whoever your in world teammates are) will come and pick you up and carry you to your marker on the tacmap. At this point you can manually control assent and dessent allowing you to land the helicopter, parachute out, or the much requested feature of fast rope out. This helps to fix the immersion breaking of having a helicopter just show up out of nowhere while also giving the community the much requested feature of fast roping. You can still take helicopters from your base, still fly helicopters that you find in the world, or even have a system where you can fly the helicopter flown in to you. What are yall's thoughts on this??

okay how is the arx200 not even on the list, I've used all the list asr and not one is as good overall as the arx200. It's the most balanced asr, you can snipe with it with ease up 250 and even make shoots up to 350 with slightly less accuracy, does more damage then half the dmrs, great rate of fire, min recoil as long as you don't just hold full auto and even then it is not bad, great mag capacity, and even looks cool. Its my #1, yet its #5 being beat by asr that I even find suck as a whole.
Im sorry, but the ACR has my vote for number 1 all the way. Great recoil, good handling, and good all-around statistics.

If I could use only one weapon, it would be the base M4A1 with 100-round mag. Highest ROF of assault rifles and really good if you max ASR mastery and canget one with +Accuracy/Range bonus.

@@Gordon87Gekko I recall one of the SC weapons, 20 or 40 had really good range accuracy, but if you like capacity, only a few ASR can use the 100-round mag. Since my last post, however, I've found the 4-AC to be my favorite, especially if you can get a gold one with +Accuracy/Range and max the ASR Mastery. Then you will have a 100-round laser.

Ugh. those extended mags look so stupid. It's not like reloading is a big deal in this game... you can throw any of these guns into single fire, and not only experience a noticeable increase in practical accuracy (because you're no longer spraying and praying) but you'll also conserve ammo to the point where (if you have all the necessary passives) you'll never run out of ammo unless you are intentionally trying to do so. The extended mag equipped in this video is just further proof of how far away from "tactical" and "realism" Ghost Recon has gotten... *NOBODY* uses extended mags like that in combat. Period.

Why is your intro music so LOUD?? It almost blew my eardrums out. For me I have to turn my sound up most of the time and this video was no different. The music was really loud but your voice was really low. I watched other videos of this TOP FIVE series and so far one the ASR top 5 was only one with your voice volume low. My goto ASR is the TAVOR Assault and I haven't found a ASR in the game that i think is better.
Its Accuracy and Handling are unmatched and has great Range also not to mention for room clearance its second to none due to its high rate of fire especially when paired with a 50 round Mag and the Digital Scope.
I do find it funny though that four of the the five ASR's here are AR-15 based and while I do have a KOBLIN and think its a great weapon, I mostly use it against Drones when raiding and stick to the TAVOR again human enemies.

I tend to use it or a Scorpion SMG paired with MSR for sniping even though I use a Digital Scope on both my TAVOR and Scorpion.
I just played all my 6 free hours and ofc i had to at least obtain the most iconic gun, AK47. But geez it was guarded, but its not THAT good so why do you think they made it so hard to get?

Went from running the ak74 to the 416, which was a bit of a downgrade, but more recently I found a good bullpup and that’s been my main for a while. Stock, it completely outperformed an almost mk3 416. I’ll reply with the name in a few hours when I get home. Generally I don’t like most bullpups just for how they look but the stats and the beautiful unsuppressed sound makes me overlook that small detail.

I think weapon wise it depends in your own playstyle and Personal preference.
Personally i like to play with the 4-AC and the K1A. After that i like to stick with the koblin.
But i have to say that i play almost always on single shot.
I also prefer the honey badger and it is as we all know not an assault rifle.
For all the beginners out there:
Experiment with all the weapons and use whatever you feel comfortable with.
Every weapon has its pro's and con's. Just use whatever feels good using it.

Thats why i said that it depends in personal preference and playstile.
For example: Usually i play single shot with ar and smg. Yesterday a friend asked me, if i ever tried the ump cqc and i answered with no.
So he told me to try it and it is the first gun in the entire game that i play full auto because i enjoy using it this way.
For one shot gaming i prefer the 416 Scout. It‘s awesome for sneaking, I think. I love it. What is your favourite weapon for PvP? I can't really decide.

@@BulletCatcherGaming it hits like a truck has basically no recoil with the right attachments even with out ar/lmg mastery it has 31 base dmg (i believe) and if you use the lmg version it already has a 50 round mag plus its British anything British is good

How the ARX200 didn't make this list, I have no idea. If range and accuracy are at the top of your list, given they're the entire point of a firearm... there simply is no substitute. The recoil is a shade high... but it's perfect. Once you get used to the recoil, it's literally a 2-round auto tap kill on nearly everything within 250 meters, and functions well as a DMR to 400/450 meters in semi-auto.
